mybrowsercash disappointment

I've been hearing how you have to wait for ages in order to getpaid by them but still I wanted to continue and see what happens in my case. well it was a pretty bad decision. I finally reached 20 dollars and decided to cashout. they said I have to verify my phone in order to cashout ( not just to make the transaction faster_.so I inserted 3 different phone numebers and didn't get any message on neither of them. so I sent the staff and didn't get any reply. I'm extremly disappointed right now and I don't know what else to do. I was thinking about sending them another support ticket

I have not had any problems regarding their support. They were always pretty prompt and honest in their answers. I had to wait for my latest payment, but I have finally got it and that the most important. Now I wait for another payment, hope to get it pretty soon. My advice is to send them that ticket, I am sure they will answer it.

but where you able to verify your cellphone or they didn't ask you to do that in order to get paid?

I was able to verify it, but my first payment was a few months ago. I think you should write them a ticket about your problem and they will solve it.

Calm down. Write to Support. Tell them what happened. Agree to do the verification again. They will understand as it takes a long time to reach 20 dollars. Do not become hysterical in your response to them. Read your note over before sending it off. Then wait ten days. If you get no reply, write again. Just be calm and collected.

I wrote them yesterday and I was supposed to recieve the answer in 24 hours. I don't want to send them another ticket because as you said I don't want to become all hysterical. anyway I hope they'll reply in the end

Give it till Monday; then if you do not hear back send a second ticket that calmly states that you want to follow up on your previos ticket that you submitted for help verifying your phone number for payment.

I am sorry to hear that, swissheart. I downloaded browsercash last year, but I decided to have it removed for I was having some problems with my connection. Avira also detected some virus from browsercash, so I stopped using it. I hope you can solve your problem with browsercash. I know there are other myLotters who are also earning from browsercash. I hope they will drop by to give their comments or advice.

Wow, that sounds terrible that downloading that program to try to earn extra money would cause such issues with connections. Worse of all, I think is that it sounds like the software could contain virus, which could be quite harmful to your computer system. That really makes me not want to download anything from online for making extra money.

In fairness to browsercash, other myLotters told me that it does not affect their connection. I am using a netbook. It maybe the reason.

Swissheart there are so many scams in the internet especially if it is related to earning online. Its okay that you have patiently waited . And now that you have discovered the truth of the site, spread the news and be happy. Even you knew that this was a trial and error method for you. You tried and found error. So now forget about it and start posting in MyLot. Its far beeter.

I have no idea if they are really a scam. I heard that there are people who got paid by them. but in this circumstances I don;'t get it why the staff member don';t reply my ticket

I can give you one tip for a faster reply to your ticket. I tried it everytime and I got reply within 2 hours every time. Make the 'Subject' line catchy. (I usually put it like "I'm scared" or "I don't understand" or "My query is different", something odd like that. And I write my query somewhat expressing the subject line.)

That is an interesting way to get there attention. I would also say that since it sounds like they are trying to delay payments that perhaps the less that you make it sound like you want to be paid they may be more apt to respond quicker. Think of it this way if they are having a shortage of funds right now for payments. They are going to process tickets regarding payout problems last. It is like when we get bills in the mail when we are tight on funds. We will take care of it eventually, but we are not quick to respond to the correspondence.

Yes, I have read at several online forums where this site is taking ages to pay. I think they will become scam real soon.

I hate how site do that. You think that your all good till you go to withdraw your earnings I have just a small amount of sites that I go to and most of them have been around for years. I will be sad if any of those go to scam but for know they are all still paying. Good luck I hope that some one out there helps you before your not able to get your money from them any more.
