Once Upon a Time (I just thought that would be same old story...but)

Hi guys, it's been a while since I visited myLot! So here's the thing, have you guys watched "Once Upon a Time"? Yes! It's a mixed fairy tale stories like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, Rumpelstiltskin and too many to mention :D
My colleagues are talking about this just a few weeks ago. But I haven't had the interest, but as the days past by, they keep on talking about it. So I got curious and gave it a try. And LOL guess what?! I got hooked up with the series, it's kinda interesting fairy tale story you've never been read nor watched before.
And well, after watching a few episodes, I searched for it and it was released like a year ago (LOL). And now I am on SEASON 2 Episode 4 yay! I'm updated :))
So how about you guys?

I watch this show every week. It's one of few shows I actually try to watch on tv at the time it is on. Most other shows I watch the next day (or 8 days later for some) on Hulu.com. So far this is one of my favorite shows. I've been watching since the first episode. I'm not as happy with season 2 as I was with the first season as I feel they are veering away from the original premise of the show which was fairy tales. Now they are moving into more and more of the major Disney movies and many of them are not actually fairy tales so it doesn't always seem like a good fit for the story line. But so far I am still watching. I don't expect it to continue much further than this season, however. I think they will run out of ideas and the more that they try to force it, the worse the show will get. So I hope it comes to a nice conclusion just in case it gets cancelled.

I also watch this show every week without fail. I would say that it is a favorite show as I do not watch a lot of television. I do feel that they are pulling in a lot of characters that are from Disney movies, but they are stories that do have a fairy tale "feel" to them even if they are not in fact true fairy tales. I do agree that this show will probably not progress much further than this season as they are going to run out of ideas. However it is an entertaining show to watch.

I just watched Season 2 Episode 4 yesterday (LOL) and I just realized that "that" pirate guy is Captain Hook xD . I simply love this series :D

I didn't appreciate them bringing in Mulan and Captain Hook as those are not true Fairy Tales, however neither is Pinnochio. But since ABC is owned by Disney, I can see why they are maybe a bit "forced" into using more of the Disney characters in the show. I still like the show but I would have liked it much better had they stuck to the true Fairy Tales.

I am watching it now, it's fun to guess who the characters are and what is gonna happen next. It's a fun series to watch but it can get boring if the story drags on too long.
