has become quite a famous plot in Asian dramas nowadays.. Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Coffee Prince,To the beautiful you,You're Beautiful and Hana Kimi are just a few examples. it is fun though. Especially when guys start to fall for the girl and question their gender/preference. It is really funny and cute. I hope they make more tv series or movies about this.

It's really funny, first it was Mexican, Chinovela and this time Koreanovela. I just hope other Asian countries do patronize our local TV series and were also shown in their country. I guess it's the trend now putting girls in boy clothes. I wonder if they would think of putting boys in girl's clothes..

I never knew some Mexican shows that had stories like this.. Can you give me some examples? I observed that our country is making shows like this, and even remaking and having our own version..it is fun, and i am watching it too.

They have done this in anime and manga and manwha for a long time, it's just that these days they finally applied it in dramas that it becomes cliche. It's fun though and exciting for the person who is hiding his or her true gender. They would get into awkward situations. In manga, this kind of phenomenon falls under the category gender bender. I always find them fun. Sometimes a girl and a boy switch souls and odd things happen. It was from a manga called 'my barbaric girlfriend' it's funny.

YEs, i have read some comics that have these type of stories.. tv series were based from them too. I love the awkward situations, since they are very funny to us.. It's too bad there are only few gender bender mangas and manhwas..

I think there are a lot of them but not all of them are that good. That's great! I haven't finished barbaric girlfriend either, it's still ongoing i think. I'm just waiting for a few months so that by the time i check the manga again it's already updated with many chapters. I get frustrated and forgetful when i read manga chapters one at a time. You can also find 1/2 ouji or 1/2 prince. It's a funny manwha and the drawings are cute.

No, i wanted to watch it though.. but it seemed like a really serious movie. I didn't think Moon was really dressing as a guy.. i wonder why.. I though that movie was about the relationship between the teacher and the student, Moon.

But, it is not clear what kind of relationship they intertwine. Is it more than just teacher and student. I'm a little confused. But I like the story.

I will try and check it out. I heard that Moon got a lot of praises from this movie. I always like her acting in dramatic roles.. she cries rally fast.

I think it is a trend to dress up like guys. But the telenovelas are really interesting to watch. I had been teaching Koreans before, the culture was so fascinating to know.

Well, i think every culture is fascinating.. But i do admire some Asian countries since they still practice the traditions, the dresses, the events and everything.. it's nice.. they never forget about it.

This trend is happening in Asian movies, usually Korean movies.. I have only seen a few gender bender American movies.. i really like She's the man though, that was so hilarious.

It is usually just in Asian movies sand tv series.. also some mangas(Japanese comics) and manhwas, usually manhwas(Korean comics). it is funny to watch girls act kind of like boys and even do a boy voice.
