Ok, recently I went on CNN and read an article about a man who paid $10,000.00 for some expired McJordan sandwich BBQ sauce. Why I do not know however I have come to one conclusion. If people will buy eighteen year old BBQ sauce then they'll buy anything. That being said I've decided I should start trying to sell stupid things. Do you think there is a market for dryer lint? What are some ridiculous things you've seen or sold on ebay? It absolutely fascinates me how people spend their money sometimes. I wish I was filthy right so I could go out and buy some magic beans.

Go even cheaper and buy peanuts and sell the ones that look like things. You can even pull out a piece of straw and say its from a witches broom that you rode on with the witch in front of the full moon or something silly and some one some where would buy it. I sold a wind up chicken that pooped jelly beans on ebay for 25.00 dollars cause I said that the chicken was gonna die lol. People are silly and will buy just about anything. Its not what they win its the thrill of the win its just another addiction . Good luck on ebay I am sure you will make it rich.

$25 for a jelly bean-pooping wind-up chicken? Really? There really is a market for anything and everything, isn't there?

There are also other sites like Etsy where you can sell crafts and other stuff. I am sure people would be willing to pay a high price for anything... As long as you make your stuff appear to look good I think people would do so. Ebay is a good way to make money online and I encourage you to use it!

Maybe I'll fine a magic coke bottle and write a head felt story about the loving friend who lives inside.

It is weird how there are some people who buy things impulsively. I am not sure why someone would waste their money buying expired BBQ sauce. I can think of many great items I could spend that much money on such as rent, car insurance, food, power, gas and water. I saw Lucille Ball's Childhood Home that sold for quite a bit of money.

They called it a collectors item in the auction description. Wouldn't that look nice in a glass cabinet next to some fine china? lol

hi eagletrek oh yes some people use dryer lint to make art work pictures out of and actually as nutty as it sounds some were pretty as the person had artistic flair just plain old dryer lint me I got choked up just being around them at the fair as I am allergic to dryer sheets and get asthma from them..

It's just crazy. I've heard about a jar containing Angelina Jolie's breath and a piece of burnt toast supposedly depicting Jesus Christ (or Mary, I don't remember) being sold for crazy amounts of money. But I kind nof think crazy people have always existed who would pay fortunes for silly things, it's just more obvious now as Internet is available for most.

I haven't purchased anything on ebay yet, but I have spent hours "eye shopping" on the site. I have, however, seen things that were insanely expensive, and wondered "who the hell buys this?". As for people buying unnecessary things and paying thousands for them, that has always happened -it is just easier nowadays thanks to the internet.

It trips me out that we have people in this world that have no homes and nothing to eat meanwhile other people are spending $10,000 on BBQ sauce, ghosts in a bag, and toast that looks like religious figures.

eBay is a network place where you can sell anythings and can buy anythings so dont think about that what you have and who will buy .just start and list your item on eaby and wait for good time. if you want sell somethings so just start to collect coin and notes and sell it after 10 to 15 year letter .definitely you will get good amount for that .i am also doing the same. because its hard to collect old item but you can collect today's regular coin and note.
