This is absolutely true. In fact, there are even situations when women are being preferred than men when both skills and qualifications are the same. This is because women has a tendency to focus on work but at the same time are sociable. They can flirt too that helps lighten up the environment.

You said it very rightly! We call it women empowerment ! Women played big roles in business giant that we have around. Women are so excelled more in business section than men . You know why ? It is because of the values that women are upholding like the values of being so patient , innovative , so organized and systematic. The said values could hardly be found in men. In fairness , men are also good in business especially in delicate matters like decision making but over all , women are just so gifted and talented suited to be in business world.

It wasn't so long ago that women had no rights. THey couldn't vote, own property of anykind, couldn't wear jewelry in society, sexuality was not spoken about, had to have a male escort anywhere they went, and didn't have the right to a good education. All that at the turn of the 20th century.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely correct, the taboo surrounding the woman's participation in certain areas has become a thing of a past and we can now see woman entering into almost all the fields so that they can fight for themselves and prove that they can also be powerful and equally strong as their male counterparts. We need to see more anticipation from their side in all the fields. What say?

Women in business specially those who are in managerial position always have to prove that they are equal with men and sometimes it gets so funny when men gets intimidated by how women think, speak and act however, the most challenging part is the emotional side as women in nature sometimes base their decision through feelings. Being logical is always important in business as this is a common denominator in leadership.

I think its absolutely wonderful how the world has changed so much. Women do not suffer as much discrimination and have more opportunities then ever before. I live in the states and it pains me to read articles about the rights of women in other countries. I hope one day they feel empowered to make changes like the ladies in the states have.
