Today When I am viewing neobux adprize,I saw a website that is StartXcash.com.I want to know that is this site really paying. Anybody got payment from this site. If yes, then what is the minimum payout. I have not registered with it.I have visited its home page and frequently asked questions but no where, I have seen payout limit.I also checked in ptc investigations site but no result found about this site. Thanks for mylotting.
