What will you do in this situation?

In office, especially in large company,we often meet this trouble. You have lots of work to do. Some is for you dream and some for a real project. But there are always some people who seems having no things to do. And they may ask you for some help. And some are leaders, they don't know how busy you are. And they always ask you to do some temporary thing which are always superficial. For example,one day , your leader ask you to attend a meeting which is really nonsense. But you have so many things to deal with.Hi, my dear mylotter friends. I am a little confused about that and a little angry when my leader occupy my time. Did you have these kind of trouble? And how do you deal with that ? Obey or give your leader some reasons.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well such things happen with all of us at our workplace when we are being given many absurd assignments to do which we do not feel like doing it but since it is a part and parcel of our job so we have to carry out with the same passion. I think it is always better to clear out the air and make your priorities clear so that your leader would be aware that u are not interesting in doing petty works at the office. What say?
