I have became a member in myLot and started discussions. But Paypal is only the payment processor which now myLot is using which is not allowed in my country. Although I have plan... I will start discussion and get total payment when paypal will be allowed in Nepal or in near future I am moving to australia and will withdraw my amount at there. Friends and members... do you have any suggestion and precaution to me.

I think this is a absolutely positive decision that you have made! 
One day Paypal will probably be available worldwide and by then you will have accumulated quite a nice little 'pot' here if you are constantly active. It will feel like winning the lottery the day that you will be able to receive your earnings.
Meanwhile I suggest that you go here and set your minimum payout to $100 so that myLot know too that you intend waiting:

I have a question....can I change my minimum payout to $10 again after setting my minimum payout to $1oo?

Yes, you can change it to any of the available amounts - $10, $25, $50 or $100 - at any time at all.

Uff... I am not seeing any option in editPayment.aspx to set my minimum payout ot $100.
