Spirits needs help

Everyone of us has its own spirit and has its own identify as they say. But, have you ever felt endangered and that you need help too? A friend told me, that if you feel endangered and you cannot understand what is happening, your spirit might be endangered too and he/she might be fighting with bad spirit. we cannot see our spirit in our two precious eyes but all we have to do and the best thing to do is to have faith and pray for safety. how about you do feel your spirit need it too?
