speechless..
The young manager makes the good record until this week..
the latest that he can does for his new club is bringing 3 points from san siro and beat the home, AC Milan..
He have good done for his new club..
And now Fiorentina sit in 4th..a good record for him..
I ever remember when many criticize to him when Fiorentina management choose him as the new coach..
When he is good in catania, many people only say that Montella is lucky and it`s not talent..but many people are wrong..
Montella proves that he have talents as good manager..
I think after next season, many big club is seriously to asking Montella..
Maybe he can be like Pep Guardiola in Italy..after Conte get punishment from FIGC, he is the succesfull young coach in serie A..

It is clear that Fiorentina plays a great quality football this season, something similar to the period when Prandelly was the coach of the team. But as long as the teams lead by Montella don't win a trophy or make an outstanding whole season, we cannot say that Montella is a great coach. He promises to be a great trainer, but he hasn't proved too much yet.

It is clear that the philosophy of Montella matches the composition of the squad. They understand what the trainer wants from them and the results are there in the table. But the complete judgement can be made only after at least one complete year, then we can say that Montella has done a great job or only a good one.

This year the aura surrounding AC Milan has completely vanished. Given this clubs come to San Siro with confidence that they can get something from the game if they play positively. Fiorentina did exactly that and they reaped the benefits of that. Well done to Montella and his team.
