Vegan Boredom

I have been vegetarian for a LONG time, and have become bored with my regular food. Please give me some ideas of meals I can make - NOTHING with animal products in them. I would love some new recipes. Thank you.

Rather than hit you with a hundred websites packed with recipes containing ingredients that you (a) may not have even heard of (b) cannot get locally or (c) are not in-season, why not try this website: http://vegerator.com/ This would be good for those on a tight budget or those who have little time to run down to the corner store when they could be spending their time cooking. Not only does it search for recipes from vegetables we have available, but it also works for just about anything in the entire plant kingdom! Nuts, seeds, sprouts, beans, spices - everything is search-able. It even mentions what percentage each of the ingredients you search for is contained in the recipes. True, it is limited in what it can come up with at the moment, but it should quickly expand to include a greater variety as time goes by. Searches could also be refined as well to exclude certain ingredients like gluten products, onion-family products, etc.

I try this and it tastes delicious, it's pasta with basil and mushroom and tomatoes. Just cook the pasta as per instructions and cook the sauce with onions, a lot of fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, and then basil and pepper and salt to taste. Mixed it with pasta. Hope you like it.
