What things do you do when you have time off or a break?

For me right now it's a little crazy. I often use the free time I have to find more work online, or do work that I have found. But when I don't have anything to do online or have a little time to myself I try to read something I like or something that is encouraging. It's also nice to spend time with friends but I haven't been able to do that.
One time I talked with my husband about why he never offers to watch our daughter, so that I can go out for a little bit. His comment was basically that "you don't like to do things, and that I don't have interest." Isn't that an awful thing to say. We all have interest and things we would like to do it's just that other priorities we have to put first. And it can be hard to make time for ourselves when we don't have help or support with our priorities.

For me i usually use my extra time on my family,its because we dont have computer on our house and i only have the oppurtunity to browse online when im at work,hahaha and i only have one day off from work every week.so i barely dont have time for my family.

I'm glad to hear that you spend that time with your family. It is such a good thing to do. Especially for those who have a full time job and don't have as much free time as they would like. Is having the internet at your home experience in the area were you live? Before we moved to a different town it was cheaper. But now I pay more where we are living now.

When I'm off or break, aside from the Online Commitments I have offline activities too..
I help my mom at home (lol!) :D Digital layouting/scrapbookings..
I create cartoon stick animations as my hobby.. :D
I read books too :) and just many more to do..
A day of break isn't even enough to finish them all.. And honestly, I can't even say if there's an completion.. Because every time I am about to finish 1 thing, another comes in mind for me to begin.. LOL. :D But it's good, it just means I may not have tendency of feeling empty (hopefully) because I find activities that interest me a lot..

I'm glad to hear that you have many different activities you can do when you are not too busy. I would like to get more into scrapbooking as a hobby when I have more time and money. I also need to work at continuing to take pictures. We aren't much of a picture family so I would like to improve in that area. My husband he doesn't like to take pics and neither do I. But I think it's important that we do so that when our daughter grows up she will have pics of all of us.
That is neat that you make cartoon stick animations do you sell them? It's great when we have a hobby and are able to make extra money from it.

Wow.. that's right! =D My parents are camera shy too, but it's good to have new family photos..
I am actually doing digital scrap booking.. As I don't also buy materials.. Maybe you wanna try them too.. They're good to use for invitations,greeting cards,calendars and etc.. well just thinking =)

Well, I couldn't get much support fro my husband as well. So basically, if there is free time for me, I just turn my laptop on and enjoy taking part in the discussions in Mylot. He was never used to me to going out with my friends since College so when my high school friends would want to bond, I am usually absent.

Yeah it is nice to go to the park. My daughter and I would go for a walk or to the park everyday when it was warmer. Now that it's getting colder outside I will have to find some type of dance tape for us to get a little exercise in.

I agree with you. A little bit is completely better than nothing at all. And since for now I haven't been able to find another job outside of the home online work is what I will have to do. Hopefully in time something better will come along but I will make the most of my current situation.

When I have time off or a break, I usually spend a lot of time on the computer. I read news online, watch youtube videos, searching for sites to earn money, playing games, etc. I create art on computer and I make music using sound loops. Furthermore, I enjoy using my ipad getting a tarot reading, a coffee or even tea reading... I have so much to do during free time but somehow I wish I had a twin that can do most of these things so I can focus on cleaning at home.

It's nice to be able to have a little free time for ourselves. After all most of us live very busy lives. So it's a great thing when we are able to do things that we enjoy when we have a chance. It's also nice to earn extra money at it as well. I completely understand what you mean about wanting a twin. I feel that way too. It is awful when we have to clean the house. I always feel like I'm running all over the place all the time.

When I have time, I just stay at home to read books, think, reminisce the past, daydream and try to create a story in my mind so I could start a new story that I would write.
