Me and others

Imagine dressing up to your very best in days and walking down this street you know well enough and are sure to meet some of your friends. And then you meet this boy/girl you have been eying and he/she only says hi and not even a smile or any comment on your dressing. Do then go and cry about that? No you don't, instead you laugh at least at yourself for thinking that she/he will notice your nice dressing. And then you revert to your normal dressing because you will never choose what people will say to you or how they will react to you but you sure can choose what you will say to them or react to them, or what is your take?

No, dress is not my priority. I am more in the hair. I would rather have my hair relaxed or rebonded than to have new blouse. I really don't care what people think about my dress. In fact, I have been wearing clothes over and over again. As long as it is clean and freshly worn no problem with me. But luckily, in every occassion i go I wore clothes appropriate to it. Whew... good thing that my dress conforms the occassion and the type of people who will attend too. Yepeeeeeee

Yes it may be conforming to the occasion but what if the person you want to impress at the occasion is not of the same opinion?

Nope. why would you care what they think? Its you and only you that matters.

Sure it is you and you alone that matters. But what if you spouse disagrees with your opinion? E.g. A wife that dressed her husband so well that the colleagues at work will notice his dressing and give credit to him /his wife and then it fails?

We can't actually pleased everyone else...so at least, you are doing your best to show and that you are dressing up in order to be recognized...
