hi, yes,and i believe on that saying, for me it means that our looks either physical or inside will always depend upon the observation of a person, and aside from that every people we have meet have different first impression to us,that is why it is depend on how they criticize us.

This quote simply means that each person has a different opinion of how they see others. One may see the beauty of Ms. X, but the other person might prefer Ms. Y.

Oh yes, I agree. For me beauty often comes from within and has very little to do with physical appearance. When I was younger, I first notices this with quite homely men. After a short time I realized that this person, regardless of being overweight, or even ugle housed a beautiful soul inside. It was a lesson well learned and I am glad I learned it young, just the thought that I would have missed all these wonderful people because I was judging a book by it's cover horrifies me.

Yes I do. Beauty in anything depends on the way you look at it. A positive attitude is very helpful in seeing the bright side of things, people and situations.

I do agree it depends on the person who is looking since everyone has a different definition of what beauty is to them. I think tho it shouldn't matter what someone looks like but how they act or treat you.

This is the charm the onlooker feels about the object under his consideration.Ordinary looking can look great with make up and cosmetic surgery and to some it will be a deception.Originally the poet meant was that beauty is a concept, that depends upon the various factors influencing the onlooker.

I heard that quote since I was in grade school and until now that I am thirty two years of age, I am still hearing that a lot. People are not blind so that they could not see the real thing but people who looks deeper with in the skin beholds beuaty that money cannot buy or skin deep beauty can surpass.
