We finally got the full details today about what happened to our co-worker. It was hard to hear the news about what did happen Apparently on Friday, our co-worker was found unresponsive in the hallway of an apartment where he was visiting some people. He was taken to the hospital where it was determined that he'd had a heart attack. He was taken off life support early yesterday afternoon since there was no chance of recovery. From what I was told, the so called friends who were around didn't even tell anyone his name, so he was admitted as a John Doe. It turns out that one person in particular had it out for him, and after he had his heart attack and collapsed on the floor, this guy shot him full of heroin. He was arrested immediately after our co-worker was found. Tox screens need to come back before he is officially charged, but chances are, it will be a 1st degree murder charge laid against him. Very sad news, and what's worse is that his mother will have him cremated and there will be no service for him.
