Internet abuse

I am currently living in my cousin owning an internet cafe. He have 3 stay-in internet cafe attendants here and another cousin of his wife. I only log in for free in the internet cafe around 10pm-12pm and most of the time I am logging in, the 2 attendants, and his wife's cousin would also sit on 3units here in the internet cafe and play until they close at around 3am. I just find it very awkward and sometimes embarrassing because its like abusing the kindness of my cousin. I do not want to have any issues with them, that is why I am not reporting them to my cousin. Anyway, I am living here because of my studies. What is your opinion with regards to this matter?

Yeah, they're really taking advantage of your cousin's kindness if your cousin actually permitted them to use the computers. I mean, if he hadn't, then those attendants are not abusing his kindness but they might be going against some policy which could be grounds for firing them.

I think my cousin has no knowledge about this at all. I recently noticed he had been changing the ADMIN password several times already because his suspecting them to do such. However, unknown to my cousin, his attendants are doing something else in order for them to log in. I might call it an under the table method.

Those attendants are piling up reasons for them to get fired. They're not only using the computers without your cousin's permission, they've also sort of 'hacked' it by finding ways to go around the password. You really have a dilemma in your hands on whether to report them or not.

You got it right. Maybe I will just be waiting for my cousin to find out himself.

Well, if there's no customer using the computers maybe I will consider the idea that they can use the vacant computers. but, if they are using the computers even if there are customers coming who wants to rent- that is another thing. But if they are only using the vacant computers while waiting for customers- it's just a consideration so they won't get bored.
