Reflections on the lake

Reflections on the Lake - This was taken with a Canon Powershot SX230 HS. I took the picture hand held and with the zoom part way out.

I bought a small travel camera to carry around just in case I see something I want to take a picture of. The camera is a Canon Powershot SX230 HS. Today I driving and the lake near my home was completely still and I saw the perfect reflection. I decided to try my new camera as my DSLR was at home. I flipped the photo and you could not tell the difference. All I can say is this camera exceeded all my expectations and I would recommend it to any one who is looking for a great carry around camera. I would recommend this one or the newer model SX 260. Comments on the photo or camera would be helpful.

Thank you I was shooting hand held testing the limits of the camera. It was a picture perfect shot and conditions were right for a good picture.

I am just a beginner photographer myself. I would say that is a very good shot and good composition. Most definitely a keeper.
