Holiday Buffets

Some neighboring restaurants are having their own Thanksgiving buffets for families that don't cook or don't like any of their family members. Looking throughout the local advertising, some places go way above and beyond for duck, turkey, ham, roast, lamb, etc and some of the dishes sounds very tasty...until you see the prices. Some are reasonable while some are just out to rob you blind. Has anyone ever gone to these buffets and how was your experience?

No holiday buffets here, but I do generally enjoy restaurant buffets. near my parents house there is a buffet Chinese restaurant, and I could quite happily eat there every meal. Love being able to have a little bit of everything!

I would have to go to one that is good. I've been to one near my home and it was awful.

I used to go to many holiday buffets in the usa. We dont have many of them here in Mexico.
