If you got a lot on your plate, how do you relax?

Everybody has to relax. We all do. With all the pressures and worries of everyday living, it's very essential to take a break and breathe. Don't get stressed out. Cooking releases all my worries and tensions. It's one way I could express myself and get over some problems in life. I love and enjoy cooking especially when my mind is at war and I have lots of things to do. How about you? How do you unwind?

Sleeping is one way to relax for me, not to mention eating and drinking coffee too. I love to cook as well, I really can't say it relaxes me, but I really enjoy doing it. Then another things that refreshes my mind is watching a drama comedy movie in a theater. I like being in a cold dark place where no one knows me except of course my beloved husband who will be with me for sure.

hi, i love to eat especially those food that i really wanted to eat,but for me eating is not my way to relax my self,i will just sleep and or take a nap to relax while listening to a solemn music at home,or watching movies also make my self to relax too.

hi sobless, I use to like to just put on my sneakers and just take a walk out into nature..I try very hard not to get stressed out because stress can kill... But when I lay on my bed an just reflex on how blessed I am...I always feeling a lot better...My mother use to say before she passed," God will never put more on your plate than you can handle, only the weak buckle and the strong will survive"...I truly believe that with all my heart...

a pleasant day to you, indeed due to a lot of pressures, people feel the stressed. at my end here, whenever i feel stressed, i just go out and breathe the fresh air and sometimes, i go to a nearby coffee shop to make my mind relax. hence, there are times, i just play a mind game that will redirect my focus and thinking. in these simple ways, i can feel that pressures inside of me was released.
