I know I've been talking a lot about my sickness the last couple of days, I promise that this will be my last discussion on that! I feel better now after being sick for a few days, and I was wondering how you all deal with the after effects of the flu!
I have cracked nose and I still feel like I am going to be really cold if I go outside. I need to use moisturizing cream on my nose all the time because it feels dry and looks cracked. My feet hurt a bit and I still feel sleepy although I am at recovery. I am happy that I have a whole weekend ahead to rest and get back to normal!
Do you get symptoms like dry nose and feeling sleepy after sickness?

I am glad that you are feeling much better. The weakness is still apparent after a flu and you should not be pushing yourself to work like your normal days as of yet. Do take your much needed rest for a day or two, then you'd be feeling all brand new again!
I have not had any of those dry nose. Just the weakness and light-headedness.

I guess we just really have to wait until our body's back to normal. Flu is viral in nature and if there's no complication, the virus will die in a week's time. But during those days, our body sort of fought off that virus, and that's why it got tired. Depending on how healthy we are, it'll just take a day or two for us to be back to our normal selves.

I know that the last time I had stomach flu, it took a few weeks for me to get all my strength back. I was sick for 4 or 5 days with it and the first day that I felt halfway human again, I ran some errands. I tell you what!! By the time I got back home I was exhausted!!
