I should have waited for Black Friday

I never thought of that Black friday thing. That online shops used to have discounts and sales. Now, I receive loads of emails and text messages that they offer 70% off for some brands and I regret buying online so early. I should have waited for Black Friday. Have you had this feeling of regret? Like you bought something you thought was cheaper but then there's something that's much cheaper than the other. The case isn't only applicable for this time. I have so much buying experiences before that I regret. Like buying fish, fruits, and other stuffs. How about you friends?

Whoa!!! Dear adnileb is talking like my wife does She always feels that we should wait till the bargains are on and as always, I am an opposite of her I feel, when you have money in your account or wallet or purse or even pocket and there is a thing that you need... go ahead and buy it. As, if you wait till they offer a bargain or a discount, by that time, either your need/desire to have that purchased would have withered away or you would have spent your money on omething else... (happens with me most of the time)

change I wonder what would happen to my chocos and coffee... they sell all those near expiry date stuff when it comes to these sales and discounts... and also our experiences with clothes which do not have any printed expiry dates have been bad... they were either not mended the right way or even one of her sarees had a stitch mark... good that she noticed it at the counter. These sales, discounts and special offers in the real world here are always dicey... Many would hike the prices and then give them on discounts which would still be the same price or the buyers would have to compromise on the quality - as almost always their bills during these special days never have any refund policy. These are the reasons I dont prefer these special days. And on Internet, we purchased only one item of use - a handset from ebay. And guess what, it was used and damaged when it arrived. I complained back to ebay and negotiations started but even after two years of that experience, neither I got any refund nor a replacement. So bad experiences... (remember I mentioned the good one on your other discussion a few days earlier, and had thought the bad one would never be told to you but...)

What a techie nephew.. at 8, he's asking for an ipod?? Anyways, I can't explain to you either the words I have said about the stitch. I wanted to take a picture of the square pants but I know it isn't visible as well. About the cough, I've been barking, errr, coughing all day. The chicken tinola isn't enough but it helped me swallow easily because of the soup. I'm afraid that I can't have the garlic tea and red onion and raw honey cough syrup. I can't imagine how awful the taste would be. For the honey and lemon, is it okay if I substitute lemon with calamansi? Lemon is rare here. But I'm drinking calamansi with honey everyday and it seems that it's not helping me too. I didn't go out today, just stayed at home, do the laundry even though I am coughing. Tomorrow, I will go at the grocery store to look for some tea. But I didn't notice some mullein tea before. Well, I will try it again tomorrow.

Bargains! Sales! Discounts! Name them all, I love them! Who would want to buy something expensive when you can buy it at a cheaper price soon? Well, if those stuffs are really needed, I will buy them immediately. BUT i really have no idea about Black Friday having great deals in online shopping. Now I super regret it. I should have gotten lots of discounts and maybe triple the discounts. You should change, dear sids. Be one of us, like your dear wifey.

I know about black friday sale, but I never thought that they also have it online. I have a friend who is now living in Georgia, but they are visiting soon. Part of me would like to tell them/her to buy me stuff from walmart. But since I know that they'll be carrying a lot of stuff too.. I restrain from asking. I'm a home maker and I really want to have more bath towels. Those big and very comfy and I want it white in color as well. Well, if I have only known... I have told you then. You know what?... based from your discussion I could tell that you are like my dear hubby... would always go for that something he could get in a cheaper price . As for me... I go for whatever what I want. You'll get rich in no time... hubby keep money that I don not know then he'll just tell me that he has money and i would say "what?, where did you get it?" then he'll tell me that he saves money while I spend them. hahahahahaha.

So now that I know, I prepare my earnings for next year's Black Friday. Oh, when someone's visiting from other country, I won't hesitate to ask them a favor of buying me something. Maybe they won't mind bringing a luggage full of bath towels. Anyways, I like the "You'll get rich in no time".. Sounds really good to me. And I'm hoping for that in the future.

I wish you well with your earnings for next black Friday sale. I'm ashamed asking our friends to buy us those stuff co's we know that they are bringing loads of stuff for their families too. I'll just wait for my time to get there and for sure I will asked them to bring me to dollar stores for cheap buy or to wall mart for on sale items. Who knows... one of these days... you'll be "millionaire Belinda" .

Belinda, sometimes it does happened to me but what can i do. I had already bought the same thing at a different area. Sometimes, i do feel regret when i discovered the same thing cost so much cheaper in the other shopping mall. Maybe it is just my luck for unable to get a much cheaper deal for the same thing. Nowadays, i prefer to survey a few places first before i decide to make my purchase on any thing that considered quite expensive.

Yes, when we came across a big discount in any item that we purchase, would flattering us a lot. Nowadays, i started to canvass a few famous shopping malls for their best promotions.

Haha! I'm so frustrated sometimes when that thing happens to me. Yes, it's good to canvass prices especially when the item is expensive. Sometimes, just a few hundreds of discount is quite flattering and you could save it for some items you like while shopping.

WE don`t have Black Friday sales where I live, although I`m sure that we will in a few years as cultural changes are very fast now with computers and internet. But even if we did, I have nothing to buy but groceries and some meds and I`m sure none of them will ever be on sale. Still, there are some of these things that are cheper in some places. I know where to buy fruit and veggies at a better price. It`s far from home, so it`s only worth it when I`n nearby or have many things to buy.

I am sorry to hear that what you need will never be on sale. But don't be sad because if ever they will be on sale, it means they're near the expiry. Anyways, you can still buy from other places that offers cheap price for your fruits and veggies. And you should be buying lots of them so it's worth your long travel. Have a nice weekend!

I take it if I get a deal it was meant to be and if I don't it wasn't meant to be. Of course with that being said I have missed out on a great deal at times, or even paid way too much for something but will usually take it back and have them price match so that I still get it for that price.

When you bought it already, you can take it back? Anyways, it’s much better to survey on the prices if you want to and that is if you have time. Otherwise, just purchase the item regardless of the price.

You always have to exhaust all your resources and effort when doing shopping. Thanksgiving is much anticipated not only because of the turkey but because of the Black Friday sale as well. Next time, you know what to do then wait for the Black Friday sale!

Offline shopping is exhausting and tiring unline online where all you have to do is browse. We don't have thanksgiving and black friday here but as part of the internet world, some online shops are part of the great deals that black friday offers. And you're right, next year I know what to do. I'll save more from here to shop more on a black friday.

There is that Cyber Monday coming up tomorrow that you might be able to find a good deal on. I have bought things before and then see it a few days later marked down. I always asked myself why I didn't wait just a little longer..lol.

Thanks but I guess I'm too late Jen.. I already bought some stuffs last week. I never really thought of this Black Friday. It's my first time to encounter such. Anyways, there's more for me on next year's black friday. I have a year to save here but that is if I don't get tempted to buy again.

Happens to me often, and if the item I purchased is on sale the next week, I take it back to the store and get the sale price. A lot of department stores will allow this. I am not sure if the prices apply to black Friday or not, but you might try it in the future.

Hi bali! Thank you for the information. I haven't been able to browse more topics these past few days because of some things I have to attend to. I have seen some titles about the thanksgiving day but I was not able to open them. Have a nice day!

Sometimes I'm like that when I'm too tired to even bother asking for other stores' price. That is why I choose to buy in the morning when I still have the energy to check the prices.

When there are lots of stores available, it's really tiring to check on all of them and canvass for their prices. That's a good idea to start shopping or going to the market early.
