DO YOU LIKE OWLS?

Well, owls, they do not scare me. But after seeing the HP movies, I have generated a kind of attraction towards owls. In the movies, the owls are shown so cute and caring, that I can't help but just like them. But even then, though I like them, it doesn't make me to want to buy them. I know that though they aren't the same as in HP, but just can't stop liking them!

Owl is considered as a fool bird in east. We south Asians call or name a foolish person as owl. But owl is supposed as a wise bird in western civilization. These are two opposite phenomena. However an owl does not sleep at night, it escapes from day light and this is some thin un natural. It hooting voice and not sleeping habit at night makes it scare. I agree with you and do not like it.

If you'd like to become a Barn Owl Trust volunteer but live too far away from our base here in Devon then perhaps you could do something helpful in your own home area? Maybe you're thinking of becoming involved in practical Barn Owl conservation work (such as erecting nestboxes) but you don't particularly want to be associated with an organisation? If you want to be completely independent then it may be a good idea, in the first instance, to take a look at some of our information leaflets.

yes they are definitely scary to alomost everyone in this world. but i havent seen owls much. they generally live in dark places like jungles and holes of very old houses.

I love owls. I think they look cute with their large eyes that look likes cats eyes. But they do sound a little scary during the night though. However, they don't scare me enough to stop me from loving them. I love to see soon since we don't get to have more owls in our place anymore due to urabanization. Too bad really.

they don't scare me in fact they look like ol wise birdies ..pretty intersting to watch..:). its a pity they can't stand day light. i wanna have them as pet though
