I was watching this youtube video with my husband, although it was funny and the little girl was so scared. I really have to say that this dad did the right thing by what he did. I wish more parents where like that. My husband was like if he had a daughter or he saw any of his sons doing that, then he would have done the same thing. Here is the link to the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OF3ENEH4mI0&playnext=1&list=PL1E87676174B66AA9&feature=results_video

What the father did may not be acceptsble to some, but I felt this dad just has to do this to show his daughter the realities of life and somehow she grows up witb the lesson.

I think he did it for this reason as well. You are right, to show her the realities of life and hopefully one day she will understand why he did the thing he did.

He obviously loves his daughter, I hope she'll be able to understand later why he did what he did. I'm not saying I lived like a nun when I was a teenager but what girls get up to now is horrifying. They get literally used and abused because they are conditioned not to say no, that it's normal to be very sexualised and that's very sad. They grow up in the wrong way and much too fast.

Yeah I think that maybe now she probably would hate him for what he did. But when she gets older then she will eventually understand that he did it for a reason. There was many things that my parents did that I didn't like at the time, but now that I am older, I understand why they did it.

Dads do want to protect their daughters. Too bad that in society, we can't protect our children better. What about the parents of these boys. Don't they want to raise their sons better than that? This is NOT funny at all. It is sad. Very sad. What is going to happen to the next generation? Why should our children, our teenagers be surrounded with such disrespect?

I totally agree with you about what about the boys and I think that parents should pay more attention to what their kids are doing. If I were the parent I'd be calling that guys parents to let them know what he was up to. You are right that it isn't funny and I really do feel sorry for our next generation of kids and teenagers. It is sad that girls now don't have much respect for themselves or their bodies. That they are just willing to do whatever it takes for a guy to say that they like them, when they actually don't and they are just using them. That is the sad part about it.
