With the current prevailing prices of goods in your community, plan a healthful and delicious food for 3 square meals costing P100.00 (one hundred pesos) for a family of 5. You can do it. Can you?

Well, 100 Mexican pesos is worth about eight American dollars. I think I can do this. Breakfast would be eggs, hash browns (home made) and toast add banana. Lunch will be tacos (shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions on a wrap) and dinner will be brown rice, beans and salsa with a salad on the side. This menu will feed five and just under $8 with bread and potatoes left over for another day.

It's great to know that 100 Mexican pesos is more than enough to healthfully feed 5 mouths in a day. Thanks Arieles.

Budgeting plays a big role especially now that there are more mouths to feed than food. Setting aside the topic, do you know how good Juan Manuel Marquez is as a boxer? Do you appreciate him? How is his relation to his wife and kids? Thank you.

Yes I can feed 5 person for 100 pesos Philippine money. But good for one day only, not for a month. They lack of nutrient and some of the member will not get equal part of food.

You got it right rhoiena you've to feed 5 persons breakfast, dinner and supper for one day only. Can you do that? How? I didn't say give them all the necessary nutrients.

It's up to you to include rice or substitute. P100.00 is all that the family can afford for food for a day of 3 meals.

I dont think so. Its a very small amount for 5 people in three square meals. Some could eat but they wont be able to get the proper nutrients they need. Veges planted in their backyards would be of great help.

Rather than let 5 mouths go hungry, P100.00 worth of food must be budgeted to last a day for them. Thanks easy ...
