Laser Beam to stop and create rain.

Hi wenna! where did that happened? I mean what country? I've never heard about that so I have some questions. How does a laser prevent the rain? where would the water from the clouds go? Will if you have any link, maybe you can post if possible.

Here we are again, interfering with the nature, that's why we are having so many troubles with mother nature. We had been experimenting on her beauty. Mother nature doesn't need facelift, lip tuck, hair extensions and eye lash enhancements, cheek bones. No wonder, when mother nature got irritated, she sneezed with tsunami, tidal waves and storms. When she cried, we have typhoons and flash floods. When she got annoyed we get heat wave and Antarctic floors will surely melt. Finally when she had tantrums, horrible earthquake is on us. We always interfere with the order of weather and system. Why can't leave her alone? Like, let her eyebrows filled with forest trees, we should not flack or shave it for her. She is perfectly beautiful with those eyebrows. Let her tears flow when she needed to. Let her breathe fresh and clean air so she won't sneeze. People never learn. We never learn.
