I have hard time sleeping last night and no matter how I close my eyes, my mind would just wonder over things and stuff. I wish hubby is here to help me look after our baby as I take a nap, but there's just me and my baby now in the house.. so wish me luck!

Slept at 4am and woke up at 730 - it's not bad. You just had a 3.5 hours of nap! Call it a nap so it won't be bad after all. But since it's night, you should have the word "sleep". But since you can't, so you just took a nap. I bet now (11:54pm), you're snoring. That's good. So you could take all the sleep you didn't have the other night. Sleep tight.

I went home to my mother's last Friday and stayed there until Sunday afternoon. I wasn't able to mylot because the signal for my phone isn't good. Good thing I was able to reach my payout before that so I have something to receive on the 15th. I didn't enjoy the weekends because of my cough - and until now. But I'm better now, oh no, I'm not better actually. As long as I have this cough, I won't feel better. And it wants to be an asthma.

I see! I hope you get better soon. It's not fun going to work with a cough. Try drinking some mint tea, it will help sooth your throat!

You're right, a 3.5 nap is not bad. Not bad at all if I don't have a little girl to look after too. Honestly that three hours sleep had replenishes my strength and I really feel okay when I woke up in the morning... ready to run here and there again. So true.. I was not able to do mylot last night co's I just don't have the strength to do that, so instead, I was lying in bed and was watching Rachell Ann Go's concerts on SNBO (channel 7). I haven't seen you here this weekend, so I think you're somewhere enjoying the long weekend!

Wow...well, I just hope that you can still take a nap while your baby is sleeping in the afternoon.

I hope so too. I post this several days ago, and I was still up almost all night two consecutive nights after. I'm just thankful that our tv has channel 23 at least myx has giving company. I wish this won't last long (I mean my sleepless night) won't take that long. I really wish I could have a very night sleep the next few days co's I don't take a nap in during the day time no matter what.

I know the feelings. When we have a lot of things in mind that will surely keep us awake. Try to relax and avoid thinking a lot hours before going to bed. If something is bothering you, better to talk it with someone to vent out.

So true. It seems that I'm used to not going to bed early but no very late too. Usually I just watch shows on tv because I don't have the wits for doing mylot during that time. How I wish though that I can go to bed early sometimes, early as 9p.m. not 12 midnight. Hahaha. Thank you for the suggestion, nothing bothers me really but my mind is just a little bit weird sometimes. Those time when all you wanna do it think but not doing... just thinking!

Well the situation is you are alone, like most women in this world with a baby or even 10 children. Sorry to hear you have trouble to sleep. I recognize a lot (had the same, still have if I am in pain). What worked for me is to write down everything that pops up in my bussy mind. After I did I try to sleep a bit more and if not to relax and think of positive things. My granddad always say: if you do not sleep you can still rest. I keep that in mind since getting out of bed doing (necessary) things will only break you more. So relax, create a paradise in your mind and feel happy. And if you really need more sleep try to have a nap at daytime (together with your baby for example) if possible. I wish you a great relaxing time and do not forget to enjoy your baby.

I really did like to mylot last night when I can't sleep but my body is just too tried to get up turn on our wifi and and netbook. I continue to close my eyes in the hope that sleep will just sweep me off again. But it did not came, not until 4 a.m. I'm just thankful that inspite of the few hours I slept I still woke up satisfied with my sleep. I just can't sleep during the day time while my baby is asleep, but the moment she woke up, that's the time I want to take nap, but of course there's no way I can do that co's my baby will always wake me up. Thank you anyway and God bless!

you can do it. stay at mylot while you are waiting for your hubby. having a baby really takes a lot of responsibilities. so... while you are waiting you can post more interesting discussions here. At least you are using your time productively

Thanks. That is actually what I am doing when my little girl is watching children videos or sleeping, I on the other hand do mylot. Honestly I'd like mylotting in morning co's that time of the day my mind is fresh and have loads of ideas coming. So true! being a mom is the hardest work ever a woman could have, but definitely it's the the most satisfying too. I really hope I could mylot more.:) Happy mylotting to you as well!
