It's been one year that I'm a licensed nurse here in our country but yet I still can find my own. Many of us were too busy looking a job that really fits our course. I have friends and colleague who are currently working in the hospital. Good for them! But mostly of them were in call centers and some were working that didn't fit to their courses. Never to mention of those people who will about to graduate next year. Do you, in your country, have shortage of jobs like this?

That's one of the issues that need to be addressed in our country - job mismatch. The skills of those looking for work aren't the ones needed by companies that are hiring. Sometimes I chuckle when government spokesmen proudly announce that more jobs were generated. Problem is filling those job vacancies with the right people with the right set of skills.

Yeah you're right. Sometimes when i watch television and the report says that our government are hiring, but unfortunately more of it were Call Center Agent. I don't have problems with that but as a graduate of bachelors degree, the government should also give some point of it.

Really?! Like you are working in Call Center company? That's good! At least you have work rather than nothing to do. ^_^
