Enlighten Me Please on Bubblews

If I am just only promoting my article even though I rarely visit Bubblews, is it okay? I don't visit Bubblews too much, but I'm just promoting my article on twitter. I am so worried because I am so afraid that the stuff won't pay me again if I did something wrong and so, I am asking for those members who already got paid from Bubblews. Well, members who already got paid from it because I know they've much experienced on Bubblews. Yes I know there is guideline, but still for me is not enough because there is deep inside of me that tells me there is something more and so, I need to know. I don't know what is on their mind when comes to redeeming money from my bank account and so, I want to be very careful because they won't answer our email if we're just only ask them. Another is I have "0 posts" on my bank account. From my "20 written article" on Bubblews, it resets to "0 posts" but every time I look to my profile and check it, my "20 written article" is still there and so, what does it mean? Does it mean I have to posts again a written article on Bubblews? Or they just reset in "0 posts" on my bank account but still, all my "20 written that was posted" on Bubblews is still valid?
