on expert column or any writing sites? I registered (finally), taking a giant leap of faith and I am just wondering how high is the expectation for the writing material. I saw some examples and i don't know if I can match the quality of the content. I have yet to submit a article and I want to impress.I also assume that they scrutineer every word of my submissions. Any word of advice?

Write with a heart and that's what you all need to be a successful writer. Stick with your own style in writing. Be unique but be yourself. Goodluck writer !

Most of these content mills will take just about anything. Today, everyone is a "writer." It doesn't matter whether one has a firm grasp of the English language. It often doesn't matter if half (or more) of what one has "written" is plagiarized--until the real writer sues the ******* for all he or she is worth. All that matters is that you churn out content. In some cases, it isn't even the "writer" who is doing the writing; for instance, Expert Column has at least one "writer" who has everything ghostwritten. In other words, don't worry too much about it.

I have to agree that content is literally king when it comes to internet marketing. Also, I think the word 'writer' is used very loosely nowadays. I can say that I'm a writer but not exactly the best. Many content I see nowadays are really in bad need of some revision or another. Thanks for the advice, my worry is juts that I'm very new with this thing.

If you want to know the level of writing skill that is required in each writing site, all you need to do is read how others are writing on the site. You can copy their style and you know that your article will be published. And you should also read the writing guidelines and FAQ that are available on the respective websites. Here, the admin will tell you what is required and how you can submit your materials. Good luck and all the best.

I did try to read some of the newly posted entries and I have to say there are really good. I also read the guidelines and the FAQS since I know I am dealing with new territory. Thanks for the luck. I need it.

I can tell you that not all these sites expect perfection. Some will encourage you to go with the flow and work at correcting it after it has been posted. Some will expect you to proof read and edit before posting it. Most all of them will let you fix errors anytime with the exception of a few that have been submitted via email. Try a few and discover which sites work best for you.
