so sleepy...i feel my brain is floating

greetings to all of you guys,there are times that i sleep at 3 in the morning because of the internet such as chatting with friends and mylotting,so i will have less that 6 hours of sleep time because i need to wake up before 8 in the morning because my duty is before 10am,so usually in the afternoon i am experiencing my brain is floating even i take energy drink,still occur.i really need to sleep but it couldn't be because i am in the office.

That's natural.If you sleep less than what you should,you would have to undergo the same experience.Having a sound sleep everyday for eight hours is essential for our mental and physical health.You sleep too late.It is therefore that you keep dozing after leaving bed in the morning.Avoid being online till late night.It's very harmful for your health.Try to sleep before midnight.

Hello asliah. You are just like my nephew who likes to surf on the Internet as late as early in the morning at or after two. His parents asked him a lot of times not to sleep that late, but he never listens to them. When day comes, he is still sleeping. If it is weekends, he will sleep till lunch time. I am wondering how come he is so addicted to the Internet that deep into the night. It is no good to the health. I hope that he will change his habit of sleeping late.

I know all about that. I remember when my son was born, if I got 4 hours a sleep a night I was lucky. I was running on autopilot and eventually ran on empty. It does take a toll on you. You need to get some sleep. Catch up on that sleep. I know how addictive MyLot is, or surfing the web, but sleep is quite important.

Hi, Obviously you feel heavy and sleepy as your timings are not good. Sleeping at 3 am is not good at all. This kind of system may cause serious problems in future.I guess problems already started. Energy drinks are of no use and they don't give any energy. Rather our system gets spoiled. so take care.

Pity you already, at your age, are breaking down your health just because of internet. Energy drink is no solution. It's bad for your health, heart. You better set your alarm clock when to stop using internet/your computer. About 1-2 hours before you go to bed. Take some quality relaxing time with yourself.

Hi Never mind you are in office, just place a 'DOD' and sleep. Sleep first and then office. However, reduce the timing for talk and myLoting and find a whole hearted 8 hrs. sleep in most of the days and once-in-a-while it can be ok, but not to promote the same for a regular basis, which have impacts....
