I know there is good work out there on the freelance site, oDesk.com, and the modeling site, modelmayhem.com. On oDesk you can sign up as a freelancer and look under design section for contractors seeking those with photoshop skills. The benefit of oDesk is that it is all online.
On modelmayhem you can actually sign up as a photographer or photoshopper and find in person jobs that you negotiate i.e. "will touch up model photos for $50".

Nice to know about these sites in brief...OK - I shall sign up with O desk and do it...But do we need to pay anything for these sites in advance or it is all free....Modelmayahem I may not join as it is a laborious job...any how Thanks for the kind suggestions...

OK-that is a very good suggestion too. but would like to know weather you have done any practical work uploading on some others sites to earn as many are doing - but we need a genuine site....hope it will be helpful if you share as many other are also striving for these sites....
