When can you say that you are successful?

We all wanted to be successful. Either as an employee, as a boss, as a wife/husband, as a family person, as a politician, et. But when can we say that we are already successful. Do you have to be so rich, famous and highly respected to be called successful?

I will say that I am successful if the things I’ve wanted are fall into places. The feeling of being fulfilled and there is no other things to worry but to enjoy of what I had accomplished in life. But now, I am still on my way there.

It is a fact my friend, we tend to ignore the tangible things but it is so essential as our basic needs. I do like the simple life, but being secured financially will be desirable to aspire for. I will not put myself to be hypocrite on regards to this and I hope you will not put this against me.

I hope I will someday end up not worrying about too much things. Some people were just too busy minding the things that concerns matter of consequence not realizing how they forgot to value simple things given by life. Being happy I guess is something can be called a success. Thank you for your response.

success just depends on how you define it. A mom can called successful if she takes good care of her family and child. A boss can called successful if he can organize company orderly and stuff respect him and receive good reputation from others. one who is successful do not need to be rich or famous. I think. It all depends on how you view it. have a nice day.

I agree. Not because you were not able to become rich, wealthy and famous doesn't mean you were a failure. People has different purposes in life. Not just to be rich but to make a difference. Have a nice day too, betty.

i have many goals and every goal i meet or achieve i consider myself successful i just keeping work to be more and more sucessful
