Can I earn by uploading File?

I was earning money like that a year ago but then many of the main sites got shut down because they got scared of what happened to megaupload.

yes they are pretty decent sites which are paying but you can't earn unless you have your own blog. the highest paying is sharecash which is around $1 per download but you need to fill up a survey before downloading the file and all the other pay around upto $30 per 1000 downloads based on the file size and you don't have fill any survey.

In don't get you fully.Do you require the condition that,the site does not need a visitor?.If that is the case,you cannot make it.Only if the site which you uploaded has visitors and when they download your files,you will be paid.The amount will vary depending on the location of the visitor. Usually tier countries like USA,Canada yield high paying visitors.

What? Get money for taking their expensive servers and getting no traffic? No, I don't think so.
