I woke up in the middle of the night..

And now I can't go back to sleep! In 3 hours I will have sto start my day and get ready. Today I took half day off and my friend will come and get me in the morning to go to the car shop. Our family car has a problem and she will take me with her car to go and find some replacement parts at the city nearby. I went to bed early tonight but my room is next to the bathroom and I woke up because someone closed the bathroom door loudly. I thought I could go back.to sleep but then I got thirsty and went in the kitchen to drink some water. Now I am back to bed and I can't fall asleep. I only have 3 hrs till my alarm and I need to be fresh in the morning! I thought that writing here will help me relax. But my phone battery is low and I am not sure how long I can stay here. Any advice that can help me feel sleepy again?

Next time when you have same situation, I suggest you to drink milk and read a book. I'm the kind that have insomnia. I'm hardly to sleep every night. I change my daily routine to do a tiring job and at night I will drink milk and do readings. This way I can easily fall asleep. But sometimes it doesn't work and I experience to be awake 3 days and nights in a row. Well, I hope active in your day, milk and readings can help you easily fall asleep.

Warm milk with honey helps me too! Reading a book isn't my best for the night becauseit brings the opposite results! If its interesting I can't stop reading and I stay awake in order to finish the chapter an then I am curious about the next chapter, etc! I managed to sleep for a couple of hrs but then I didn't enjoy my night sleep because it was interrupted!

That's why I will choose book that I'm not interested to read. It will end up the book sleep on my face. Actually I don't like reading and that's why reading can help my insomnia problem. Well, in that case, you have to fine other method to be used together with warm milk to make you easily fall asleep.

True, milk works for me! I like it warm and I also add some honey that melts and leaves a sweet smoothing taste! However if my sleep.is interrupted, I can't enjoy the rest of the night sleep as I would normally do!

Hi there, I hope the day went well amidst the problem going back to sleep. Anyhow, what I would usually do is to start reading something really boring until I feel sleepy again. Another is to play games on my mobile or read twitter articles or sites like 9gag. But perhaps you are excited going to town and been thinking too much about things that's why you have problems going back to sleep. Just relax and things would be better. How was your day? Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Hi! I am still unable to go to sleep, it's 6 am here and I am in bed trying to sleep. Maybe I am excited to go.in the city as you said becauseI am thinking about it when I close my eyes! Now I also started feeling hungry! Lol I hope I will relax and sleep soon! I imagine that you have already started your day.. So how is your day so far?
