Do you have a list of people you send Christmas cards to every year and just send them out automatically or do you not send them out at all. Personally when we we get a card from someone I will then send them a card in return. So what is your Christmas card style.

I love getting and receiving Christmas cards, but we haven't exchanged Christmas cards in quite a few years. I really prefer to make my own Christmas cards, but if I am buying christmas cards, I go for the character ones like winnie the pooh and the peanuts gang. I have sent out cards in the past a couple years ago, and never got any in return. I know I shouldn't expect a card in return, but it would be nice if people would acknowledge that they received the card, especially if they are a facebook friend, how easy is it to say, thanks got the card even if you don't plan on sending one in return? I just can't afford to waste my money like that anymore.

I know what you mean, that is why I don't just send them out. But I do feel that I should acknowledge those who send them to us, so I always have some on hand ready to send one right away when we get one from someone.

That's a great idea ladym. Ideally, I would like to send Christmas cards to all of my family with a gift card attached, but that's just a thought.

I use to send Christmas cards out from a list, but that got a little expensive...now I only mail out cards to those who send the cards to me...otherwise I will send an e-card.. saves time and money...

We used to send and receive tons of cards, but we don't do it anymore. It's just too expensive. I send a few people ecards, but that's it.

It is a shame it costs so much these days.

I send cards to some people every year, then for Christmas wish lists, and then those who send to me. I think I would rather do a year in review but this mornng I got a code for 20.00 off Christmas cards through shutterfly so I ordered a few.

We know a couple of people who do the year in reviews. Neither one of them did it last year and I really missed reading them.
