A Gay's Principle

Most gays that I encounter in our locality dresses like that of a girl, with short shorts, tight jeans, tight pants and all sorts of things. However, I met this gay who have this principle "I am already a gay, I do not want people to have more reasons to criticize me". I was really amazed by his principle and the way he dress. Indeed, its something very odd in today's setting. What do you think of this?

I know both of them, those who are dressed up as female and those who kept their manly gesture though they admit they are gay. Both are lovable, easy to get a long with.. but whenever group of friends compare them, people has different things to say. The 1 with female outfit is likable because he acts like a clown, entertainer..and the other 1 is likable because he has projected himself a gay but very decent and professional. I can see..they have different ways to deal with people around them:)

Nice thoughts you got there in terms of comparing both.

He knows his value from how I see it. There are also gays who dressed up with womens clothings but they don't act so wild like other gays. These people have respect for themselves.

Indeed they are. It would also be better for them to really act respectable. Its not like I am discriminating them, but it is one way of uplifting their own image.

its not unusual where i live at all. while some are very flamboyant, many are very reserved and unless you knew about their personal life you would not know they were gay. i oce had a huge crush on a man who was actually a pretty good friend. we hung out a lot, talked alot bt theone thing he never felt comfortable in sharing with me was that he was gay. he hadnt told anyone and when he did,he moved far away for a long while. i learned itfrom his brother. i worked with a man and was very surprised when he confided that he was gay. its not unusual here

I have gay friends who doesn't dress up like girls. They know how to act respectable and that is why I like them. I hang out with them, not because they are my friends and team mates, but because they know how to value their selves as a person.

Indeed your friend is a person worthy of respect. I really prefer those kind of gays who does care on the things they do in order to be respected. No offense of other gays who dress like girls.
