I don't know what happened to me yesterday but I just went ahead and followed my cravings. LOL. In the morning I had my manicure and pedicure, then at lunch I bought roasted pork to go with rice then capped it with Magnum ice cream. My money was very limited but it did not stop me from doing all of these things. I know I want to be fit and healthy but I still ate those forbidden foods anyway. In the afternoon, I went to the gym, but did not really sweat out that much, stayed there for only 30 minutes and ended at the spa for body massage. Boy, that, to me, is super self-indulgence all in one day. Have you ever done this before, like threw all caution away, and did all the things you want to do in one day? I want to hear your story too.

I always have a day like that specially during Sundays. After my husband had attended the mass on Sunday morning and he already went to his work, i do sometimes go to the mall by myself. I will roam the boutiques and fit blouses. If they fit me nicely i would buy them. Then, i would window shop for sandals and others for myself. When i get hungry i eat whatever i feel like eating. And when i am tired i would go home so happy, that i bought something and have pampered myself. We do have to pamper ourselves sometimes!

Sounds like you had some quality pampering time, which we all should get! That roasted pork made me salivate, I love pork, and now I have developed the munchies again, I've already eaten a bar of chocolate too, now I want something savoury. At least you still went to the gym! I did this for a week, I rented my own bungalow for a week, I love peace and quiet and it's very rare to get that here with noisy neighbours and barking dogs. It's by the sea, I bought a weeks food and I just relaxed for the entire week, watching dvds, reading, walking and doing everything I liked without anyone worrying me, it was bliss! I do prefer my own company, so I can go where I like, do what I like, when I liked and how I liked. The benefits of being happily single I guess. Now next time can you share that pork ;00
