School Poem..

United States
December 17, 2012 2:27pm CST
No more pencils, no more books No more teacher's dirty looks When the teacher rings the bell Drop your books and run like he**.. My mom used to recite this to me at the end of every school year. Now it is in my head again, because I've reached the end of another school year.. Actually today is officially the last day of classes.. so I am now officially done. You may now call me Mrs. College Graduate!! Yes!! Had you ever heard this poem before?

Yes, I have many times along with a few different variations. And I want to congratulate you on a job well done!! This is a big deal and should be celebrated. I do wish you the best in the upcoming year/future.

Yes! We'd say it all the time at the end of the year. Well, with one difference. That very last line was one I'd never heard. lol

I don't know this one at all but do know another one that we would whisper to each other Please stay off the grass And let the ladies pass Here comes the Keeper sliding on his ask no questions, tell no lies Have you ever seen a gentleman doing up his flies are nuisance, bees are worse And that's the end of my little verse. Congratulations! You did it!
