nice share, ungu..! i have problem with my weight. i'm about 1.63 m tall (and i become the tallest woman both in my own family and my husband's family..:D). i used to be 48 before married. with this combination i was wearing size 6. yeah it is little too tight for me but wearing 8 is too loose. but i preferred 8 cos i dont like tight pants. and for jeans i used to wear size 27 or 28. like pants, 27 is little tight but 28 is too loose. again, i preferred 28 to make my days comfortable. but after delivering baby, i became so so fat. my weight increased about 20 kg during pregnancy. i think my body would be back to the previous shape but i was so wrong. i still have that 20 kg till today. so my size now about 12, jeans almost 32..!!! o gosh, it's so horrible. i have ever tried to do diet but i failed. i like to eat very much. so when you posted this, im so happy cos i get new way in burning my calorie. i hope i can do these immadiately so i can burn my fat immadiately too..lol..

having good appetite is one positive things in my life....i have very good appetite whatever the situation is. i still had good appetite when my mom passed away few months ago. i was so so sad and i thought my life stopped spinning, but still i could eat anything very well..lol..so you're right that i have more calories in my body and burn it less. i think i need to limit food consumption and do more exercise, the hard ones such jogging or cycling..:)

Actually, doing a lot of chores, which can really make you perspire is one god way of burning those calories. And you couple it with not eating rice at night , just fruits and you will lose those calories and lose weight. It's just that i cannot avoid eating rice at night, because sometimes when i arrive home and saw what's for dinner, i become hungry already.

I am happy for myself now, because for the past days, since there are a lot of parties where there is abundance of foods, i only eat very little rice or no rice at all. I keep weighing myself, but it has remained the same.

These are all great ways to burn up some calories. I think the best way to burn calories to add more muscle to the body's frame. Muscle will use up more calories than fat, so it's a no brainer for me

I am not an exercise person but I do have a treadmill in my living room which I am too lazy to use. My sister once lost 100 lbs. just by walking every day. I always say I'm going to take the stairs but end up taking the elevator in my bldg.

It really is simple to come up with routine things that we are able to do that will help us to burn some calories in our lifestyle. Heck, simply taking the time to walk instead of drive is something that will help a person to lose a lot of weight. Now a lot of the things that you've mentioned, I have no problem at all with doing, for example, I am the kind of person that will make the choice to take the stairs instead of taking the elevator. For me, it really isn't about the fact that you burn calories by taking the stairs, I just really don't like to be enclosed in an elevator. It is a claustrophobia thing to be honest.

About 8 or 9 months ago, I wanted to lose weight. And I am seriously planning on jogging daily or at least thrice in a week. But then when I started to work again where I have to walk daily. I started losing weight! Probably walking everyday helps burn calories. But those who are bigger, it would help if they'd reduce their rice/meal too.

The best and normal way to burn those calories is walking. Instead of taking the ride, just walk. Walking alone is enough, but if you want some extra loses then that's the time you need these other ways like those that are mentioned above.

I'm burning calories with boxing or Tae Bo. I do it every other day and I try to eat healthy. I'm getting bored when I'm just jogging outside and I'm not that of a shopper either. I prefer swimming or following a video because I feel that I am not alone in exercising. I hope I can achieve my desired weight by doing all the exercises for three months.

Thanks for your valuable information.Burning some calories with just 5 min of working out is quite interesting.Obesity is a very big global concern now a days. Obesity is the main cause of many fatal diseases like Hypertension,Hyperglycemia, Coronary artery thrombosis,Heart stroke etc.As you have mentioned many good ideas to cut down unwanted calories I would just like to add few more point like drinking lots of water and doing yoga in early morning really very beneficial.Yoga in morning is very important those who are really getting fat and highly susceptible to become obese.Junk food and irregular eating habits are also contributing factors (obesity) and should be avoided as far as possible.
