why people get over weight

the reason why people get over weight this goes for me as well because of all the grease in the food and fat . eating right all people need to start eating right even me because people who are over weight like me in the number one canidate for diabetes. i have a god mother who lose her eye sight she cant see far away she only can see things that are up close to her face and glasses cant help her vision.im tryin to watch what i eat but the foods are soo good but i need to fight it.its hard but i need to try i wanna lose some weight before i go to jamaica so i can look goood :).

Also be careful what you drink. Soda is a definite no no because of all that sugar. If you drink a lot of soda try to cut down or stop completely if you can and switch to water. You can add some lemon, lime or orange juice to it for a bit of flavour Also if you like to snack try swapping the chips and chocolate for some fruit and veg like an apple or banana or carrot sticks

It is true, there are a lot of overweight people in society npw. I want to loose 15 pounds, just to feel good. I do eat healthy, but splurge once in awhile. But don`t get muhc exercising in because of the number of hours I do at work.

yes i can imagine, it's hard to stop eating. Foods are always tempting, right! sometime people can be very easy to start on diet, but they cant keep maintaining. The first thing to do on diet is commitment and how to manage the way you eat. I just want to share my experience, i dont eat refined sugar (you can substitue with coconut sugar), carbs such as bread, noodles, fastfood and etc, no fat and exercice more to burn my fat. and i dont eat for dinner after 7pm and only in small portion. you can try step by step and dont forget to eat more vege.
