Only few days to go before the cut-off to the payout. I am still 3 dollars away from the minumum payout. With the coming holidays, I am sure I will be quite busy celebrating and preparing menu. I just hope I can have times to spend participating in here in mylot to make it to the payout.

Where you are located makes no difference to the cut-off time which is midnight on the last day of each month by myLot time - therefore, including today, there are still 10 days left for participation.

I hope too I can make it to the pay-out. In fact I still have 9 days before the cut-off time. Furthermore, here in our country, the cut-off might be until January 1st aboout 10am so I can still have more time.

I am from the Philippines. Mylot time is 15 hours late that our current time which gives me more time because it was still dec 31st when here in our country I can still comment and catch-up until 3pm.

It seems for others that I am active here because I make posts or participation more. In contrast, I am not that active since I just make my discussion early in the morning and answer them during my breaktimes especially when I am at work. Right now, I thought that I will be more active here because it is vacation time, but I was wrong.
There are many stuffs that needs to be done here at home.

If you really want to get paid from next payout then I suggest you to spend more time here in taking part in discussion. If you cannot then don't leave your function you can make out for your payout next month. Happy Christmas

I thought the payout is on or before the 15th of the month? I am almost 3dollars to the minimum payout too.
I had spent lesser time here in myLot these past few days because of the holiday season like everybody else.

@bluespy,no it is not on the 15th but on the end of the month and the pay-out will be on or before the 15th of the following month. Like you, I only need 3 dollars and I only got 9 days to go. Hopefully I can make it since I might not that much have time here in mylot since I might be busy preparing the holidays.

That is the best thing I thought of, be active here even on vacation but it seems impossible becuase there are lot of things to be done here at home. however, I still used to start discussions so even I am out of the computer, I might get some response to comment on when I goeet back. Good day.

Me too. I don't think I can make it so I have to wait for the next payout. I just wonder why don't they just pay the members instantly, or they can give 24 to 48 hours waiting time.

It is very simple to understand why payments are made on or around the 15th of each month.
At the bottom of your earnings page and in the FAQs you will see that is states that all earnings are estimated until paid.
This is because deletions are made daily and then earnings are adjusted accordingly. Deleted posts mean deletion of earnings which cannot be done immediately as there is no fixed rate per post here. Earnings accululated by myLot from those posts which are removed are then redistributed among active users, which also takes time.

Because of the adjustments being done due to what mysdianait stated, it is better to earn more than the minimum pay-out because in case there are deetion or possible downgrading of your earning, there are still few amounts and you still have the minimum pay-out.

I think they are doing this minimum payout so that they can control the numbers of members to be paid out. Also, this will make members to make quality posts and participate here more so they can also earn from you.

Just to cheer you up: cut-off time for payments is midnight on the last day of the month in myLot's time zone.
Look at the clock at the bottom of the page. It is only 22nd Decemeber there and therefore we have 10 more days, including today. to participate towards this month's payout

Hmmm. I agree with mysdianait. We still have 10 days before the cut-off. Just like what I said, the cut-off time is depending on the mylot time below. So, here in our country, it is already January 1st when the dec 31st ends.

Hi friend,
Even I am around 2.5$ away from the minimum payout. I have not been able to participate here for several days due to my hectic study schedule. But I always log in at intervals so that my account remains active. Today is an off day for me, so I am happily here. Christmas is coming up and I am really excited. It is going to be holiday time from mid of next week. I am going to try and participate here as much as possible on those days. I am sure we will all find several exciting topics to discuss about. Yeah, I am still working hard to reach the payout. I am still a dollar and half to reach the payout. I still have three days if we are going to consider the mylot time. I just hope I can really reached it before the cut-off.

Hi asdomencil, i wish you luck, with the celebration coming i am sure that you will have a lot of ideas and stories to tell with the going ons as in friends, food or gifts , keep a small notebook with you and if anything that you think can make a something something for you to share here quickly jot it down and when you have the time, post it here at MyLot and if you are in business mode get your friends to be refferals that way it can shoot up the earnings

Good suggestions but I am not into sharing what is happening to me like posting status in the facebook. I am more into sharing my observations and lessons I can learn from my experiences. there are other ways to earn here aside from starting new discussions.
make mylot your homepage and use the search function when going to the sites your frequent to increase the chances of receiving rewards. receiving between 14 cents to 21 cents every few days are a welcome boost to our earnings.
when you respond to other people's discussions, start reading from response box #1 onwards and put comments inside the response boxes that interest you (just like mysdiana, raja and other members did here). you earn for doing that, too.

Thanks for that suggestion. I know that there are other ways to increaase my earnings here but because of time constraints sine I am working on a full-time basis, I cannot use the other ways to earn. I just rely on making discussions and answering their responds. I also do the last thing you said, making comments on the responds to discussions I haven't started.

I beleive in that, I you really work for it you can have it easily. In my case, I am not full-time here since I am working, I just make a post in the morning about twp or three and answer them during lunchbreaks.

You can do what I am doing right now. Think of a discussion or better have at least two discussions that you think can attract interest of other. Leave it in the morning and try to go back during your breaktimes and comment on the response. By doing this, you will still earn a bit more especially when there are many respondents to comment on.

Same here, I just think that whenever, I will not reach the payout before the cut-off, I will be happy enough because my earning for the next cut-off will be doubled.
In my case, I am not trying to participate in the discussions but I'd rather thought of a good discussion that will earn a lot of response from others and there, I will have a chance to partiipate more.

If you remain active and continue to participate, then you should make it okay. I haven't made payout in a while, as I haven't been all that active, until just recently, and I will come in here and post almost every day. I do take at least one day off a week though, and sometimes two. I will be reaching payout this month, so I wll be paid in January. I don't have any referrals, so I have to do it all myself, and it takes longer, but that is okay, as I wuld rather not have referrals then have some that aren't active. I do wish you the best in reaching your goal, and Merry Christmas to you as well.

Same here, I don't have any referrals too. Just like yours, I am posting a couple of discussions here and just return afterwards to comment of the response i received. In that case, I earn more and will not eat most of my time unlike responding in some discussions created by others. However, when there are some issues that really caught my attention, I try to make a sigle response on them to earn more.

I hope you can reach it Asd. It's just a few days away and 3 dollars is quite high to reach. I am already over the minimum so I am not anxious anymore. It took about 3 months to reach it but the amount is bigger than the minimum payout so that should be good cause to be happy.

In my case, I just set my payout to the minimum amount of 10 dollars. You are right, $3 is a bit high here in mylot but I will think positive to reach for the payout before the cut-off. In case, I won't reached it, I would be happy too since my payout for the next ut-off is a bit higher. Good for a valentine treat for my wife.

Yeah, I will be busy especially on the Christmas eve since I am the one assigned in the kitchen to prepare for the menu. However I am going to prepare them early so that during the time waiting for the noche buena, I will spend hours of my time here in mylot to participate and might reach the payout amount before the cut-off.

I just earned an average of 0.30 per day and spend about 2-3 hours a day. I just posted a discussion in the morning and go back to it at lunch time to comment on the responds I got for that discussion.
I am a full-time employee so I cannot earn that much here in mylot. Also, I am maintaining my blog whih really hard for me to stay here in mylot for long hours. But this holiday, I try my best to spend more time here to attain the minimun payout.
