Slimming tea

My original weight was only 42 kls., last 2010 I was 55 and last January 2012 I was 44 kls. I was really bothered because right now I am 52 kls :( . My friends where telling me to go on a diet because I have a big belly that's not good to look at and with those fats I have. I keep on eating even if it's midnight, I don't exercise and always facing the computer. A friend told me to try buguerlai tea, it is a laxative. I have tried it for 3 days now and I jeep on going to the toilet. Have any one of you tried this? will it help me to slim down? I am now eating less but I don't skip meals at all.

Hi I never used any weight loss product but i loose weight by eating less and also walking in the evening after meals. Then have warm water for drinking. This works for me. But did the Bulgaria tea work? i never heard about that.

I've heard about this tea but never tried it. Perhaps I have to do it this time because I can't control my diet. Delicious foods are everywhere because of Christmas parties going on.

Haha...I don't know how high you are,but I think 52kls is a very healthy weight,isn't it? If you realy wanna lose weight,just pls choose some time for takiing exercise---it's the better way for keeping fit...

I am 5 feet, I am just scared that I might reach 55 again this time. That's why I am trying to drinks those teas. Yes I might join m friends for some exercise too :)

By the way,Slimming Tea surely can do you some favor, but,accoring to your condition, it seems that you are not fit to it,may it be harmful to your body...

Don't worry~ even if your got to 55kls again,it's still not too heavy...China have a kind of tea for keep slim body which is called "Brigitte germ diet tea",I think if you can have a try if you like... ^_^ Hope you keep fit always...

Pls use less those kind of tea,it will bad for your health especially for your stomach,so I wonder how tall are you?Because in my mind,52 kls is very slim actually,and if you do not satisfy with you belly then why not to take a relate exercise?I always think that the best way for losing weight is to take exercise,and for your case,sitting in computer all day can happen to many people,but time can be squeezed,so that can not be a excuse,do you agree with me?

I am 5 flat :) it is okay for me to have a weigh of 47, it's okay but if i'm gonna be 55 again or more? I can't take that. I had a lot of pictures where i looked like a mascot haha.

My advice would try to have a small breakfast then rest for about 30 mins. take a stroll after around 7 - 9 am...bring small bottled water with you in case you got thirst...do that every morning....then while you are in front of the computer try to have oranges and apples as your replacement for cookies and bread....schedule your time going to bed..don't stay late at night..wake up early...do that and your fats will slowly disappear...

hmm wow, I like your Idea. Oranges and apples would do because I love them, about strolling every morning I think I'll try to work that out because I usually wake up at 8 or 10 am. I think that would help me.

If you are using a laxative to lose weight then you will find that all you are doing is dehydrating your body. As soon as you have emptied your body of all the water, you will start putting the weight right back on because you will have to rehydrate your body. The best weight loss there is: decrease intake of calories and increase burning of calories. If you have a large stomach, try doing some sit ups or doing the windmill twists to tighten and tone the area. Best of luck on your dieting, but please consider doing it in a safer manner!

Yes that's what I am trying to do, I tried to eat less carbs and foods with high calories, but sometimes it's so tempting to eat those arg!

I want to have your weight. I'm 5'3 and 60 kilos and dieting now because my sister told me that we are going to Boracay on summer. I don't think it's good for you. Just try to diet on a normal way. I'm not drinking soda now only water. Tea is good for the body but I'm not sure with slimming tea. My friend tried that biguerlai tea and slimmed down successfully but the problem is, once she stopped drinking the tea, all the fats came back and is more fat now. So it would be better if you will just allot at least 30 to 1 hour of your time to exercise. I've been dieting (no coffee, no soda, no junkfoods, no fast food, reduced rice) and exercising for a week now and lost 2 kilos so I weigh 58 kilos now. It will take awhile but if you discipline yourself, you can achieve that desired weight of yours.

ohh thanks or the information. so it does work. But what is the use if we accumulate more fat after.This becomes a double problem then.Good to know that you are following a healthy procedure to loose weight.

Greenthumb18- Yes it works also on my friend but she only drinks biguerlai thrice a week to avoid dehydration and she also used to jog every morning or just take a walk every afternoon. She also controls her food and eat fruits that's why it worked on her. I should discipline myself, it is the key to have a successful diet.

As a slender woman, I think my experience maybe useful. I never got fat since I started my school life. First of all, I only eat lean pork. Secondly, I didn't sleep a lot everyday because we often had a lot of homework to do. And I had even less sleep since I worked as a teacher. Nowadays if I could sleep for more than six hours every day, I would be happy. So I think if you want to lose weight, the most important thing is sleep. Don't sleep too much if you can't stop eating.

then give your weight to me....i am 46 kg only for long time and my weight does not increase even though i eat and sleep a lot... You don't need to skip your meal, you can do exercise and don't spend much time in front of a computer. one more, you should not eat at night, especially before sleep. I am sure your weight will reduce soon.

You can try green tea, when I was in China. Most women and men drink this tea, they are so slim and maintained their body figure. I think it is natural to use this than having any medications or regimens available in the market.

When I used to weight 75 kg early 2011 while the 175 cm tall, september 2012 with weight 90 kg, after I did the diet, my weight is now 81 kg. Perhaps you should also take the exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Besides a healthy balanced diet such as multiply-fiber foods. Slimming teas are intended to make you slim. However, I still recommend the natural and healthy way of trimming down like eating fruits and vegetables and doing exercise. Not only that it will have no side effects, but also it will improve the condition of your heart and the capacity of your body to endure some physical activities needed everywhere. So, try to live healthy and I still believe your weight is not that heavy for your height so don't be in a hurry to lose weight. Just trim down a bit slowly so your skin won't sag.

Using laxative as a diet will make your body dehydration, and i guess it was not good. Instead, make it a habit to drink water before eating, and drinking green tea without sugar everyday. I've done it, and i lost 5kg.

Yes I have thought of that too but this is just a trial haha, just wanted to try if it works, after I finish these 5 sachet then i'll stop if nothing happens and besides I am always monitoring myself for dehydration :) Thank you for that.

I think you weight is still healthy weight, I don't think you need to lose any weight but if you want, rather than drinking slimming tea, you can try to provide vegetables and fruits as your dinner because the one that make us gaining weight is usually dinner or eating at night. Try to make smoothie or salads for your dinner, usually the weight will come down even though you don't try to lose it even, and especially fruits and vegetables provides many vitamins and minerals which not only good for your health but also your beauty or face and try to get enough sleep too, because usually sleep deprived people will easy to gain weight.
