Update!!!

So, the guy that harassed us tonight... We went to the magistrates office and he took out two warrants for him for 4 charges being brought against him! Trespassing, indecent exposure, threatening our lives and assault with a deadly weapon. The warrants were issued a little while ago so he will be in jail for a while as long as no one bails him out... Even if they do or don't we have a court date on February 2nd for this... Just wanted to let everyone know what happened and what's going on with this case. I hope and pray no one bails him out this time!

I wonder who is stupid or gullible enough to bail him out?

His brother has a ton of money and a GOOD lawyer from what we heard from the magistrate. He said his brother bails him out every single time he gets arrested! Idiot!

So his brother has played a big role in making this person what he is because he never allowed law to get his brother punished even when he commited crime.

That's right. Every time his brother messes up he bails him out again...

I hope that he's not bailed out, but the longer he is there, the longer someone would have the money saved to bail him out. Didn't you tell me that the police have repeatedly NOT picked this guy up? I think that you and your family have just cause to stop by the officer's office and show them the warrants that the magistrate issued. That way if that nut case ever shows up again, the police would be more inclined to take him in. Here's hoping your new year is much calmer!

Yes he usually gets away with anything because of his disability but lately he is getting worse and doing things the police just cannot ignore. Like harassing people with weapons, and exposing himself to my 5 year old son. Even being crazy cannot get you out of these kind of things! Lol. He is locked up and I am just praying his rich brother will not bail him out again. He just got out of jail a few days ago and he is already starting again! Apparently he learned nothing from it! We also got a restraining order type of thing on him. He is not allowed on our property, if he shows up we call the police and they arrest him without question! I hope my New Year is calmer! Thank you. =)

See, that is the same type of thing with Danny. They let him get away with a lot when they shouldn't. I am just grateful this time they did not ignore it and they took him in. There are 4 charges on him, exposing himself is one of them. That is what he was mainly arrested for was exposing himself to our son!

February seems like a good time to go to court! We're supposed to be going to court to iron out a few problems ourselves come February. I hope that you've experienced the last of your nuisance guy hanging around your place!

In our case, the people causing us--and several other families and individuals--problems aren't people who have received brain damage from an accident. They are simply greedy and acting like slime instead of like the beautiful human beings whom God created them to be. They need to be held accountable. I don't believe that throwing them in jail and throwing away the key is the answer--not at this time, anyway--but I do believe that they owe lots of people lots of money, property, etc. that they scammed from them and that they need to cough it up and return it so that we can all get on with our lives. These people also need to be watched to make sure that they don't pull something like this again. If they do, they need to go to PRISON!!!

Yeah he exposed himself in front of my son and I, threatened to kill my whole family, tried to stab my husband with a screw driver and was trespassing. And this is not the first time he has done these things to us... So I don't feel bad that he is going to jail tonight!

He honestly is crazy. He got into a bad car accident ten years ago that left him partly brain damaged. So yeah he is really crazy and really dangerous! The police officer told my husband and I they had 5 cops to lock him up one time and they could not get him down to put the handcuffs on, they had to taze him! He is one strong cookie!!

Yeah I hope he stays there too but the police said he JUST got out of jail for harassing people and he is already doing it again, I guess he didn't learn his lesson at all...

Oh we saw the police put him in the car otherwise I would not have counted on it...The police have a lot of evidence on this guy. He has threatened the FBI, all of the police stations in this state, etc. Every agency in NC knows this guy! I am hoping his family will be honest and not try to cover him up...

Maybe his rich brother should spend some money to send him for some education on social behavior. I hope he doesn't bother you or your family anymore. He sounds frightening.

Yeah, this guy cannot learn like that though with his disability... Unfortunately. I hope he leaves us alone too! He is very scary and dangerous.

A person of such character should not be bailed out and should remain behind the prison walls for the rest of his life since he is a threat to the public.

Does he live on his own, or with a family? He sounds like a right nasty piece of work, sorry if I am late in responding, playing catch up as I had a break from Mylot for Christmas. I really hope they throw the book at him, annoying good folk like you, especially at Christmas, you wonder what goes on inside their head, and how they behave behind doors!

I completely know what you mean about hoping and praying that there is no one that is there to bail him out. You see, we had issues with someone during the summer concerning our van and when he was arrested for it, I hoped that he would be in jail for the entire time that he was waiting for his trial. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way with him. That said, I do think that everyone that does something stupid like that does get their fines eventually.

Oh man I really hope no one bails him out either. What worries me is if he gets bailed out and comes back after you guys for reporting him. I'm so scared of things like that happening. If I was related to this guy and he asked me to bail him out and I heard what he did I would say nope you can stay there maybe it will teach you a lesson.

Unfortunately, it sounds like his brother will bail him out--yet again. Hopefully, you do not end up with any additional issues with this guy after this. He sounds like he is not properly wired and is a potential danger to society.

Hello. I think I missed some of the parts of your story. So what did this guy do? I mean how exactly did he embarrass you. The mention of threatening life and deadly weapon indicates that he must be some rogue. It is really very irritating when someone like these keeps bothering you and does not allow you to live in peace. Anyways have a nice day and keep us updated with the new information as well... ~=SuperShames=~

It amazes me how many people will bail or try to bail family and friends out of jail! I have a nephew in prison and when he was first arrested,on murder charges, his bond was set at $750,000.00! Then it went up to a million when the prosicutting lawyers found out,my 18 year old nephew was dating a 14 year old and was probaly sexually active with her! His aunt,on his mom's side was outraged at this and told reporters this! She was determied to raise our nepwhews bAil! It never did happen. Anyway my newphew is in prison and he will be 50 at his first parole in 25 years! If anyone cares about crazy man he will be bailed out! I hope he isn't! This guy is a nut case and it would be nice if he got locked away forever!
