Does anyone know about HYIPauthority?

I found in some forum that HYIP authority is a place where you can claim your lost money in HYIP websites. They give you back your investment form the HYIP that turned into a scam. So in a sense it is like an insurance.
Does anyone know about the site? If so could you give me more information about it?

Usually I read the reviews first before even joining a HYIP site. I only go for the ones with a very high rating before I join. I only invest around $10.00 and nothing more.
Here is the tip, if you are gonna be an investor or involve in other type of business, you should have the skill of planning everything. If you are gonna take risk, plan on what you are gonna do if succeed and also if you fail or got scam like an investment so you are minimizing the risk. I know business is unpredictable but always have a plan B.
About HYIPauthority, this is more of a HYIP money recovery site. They track each HYIP that has potential to be a scam so if they indeed became scam they can help those people who got scammed to recover their investment. Just wanna check if they are legit.
