In buying some stuff, we all know that we need to consider the durability and the quality of it. How about the service? Can we say that we had wasted our money for the poor services of some companies?

Oh yes service Issa important as the quality itself. When I buy an appliance or electronic after all the scrutinizing about the product is over, I often ask too how about the warranty, what if there will be some problems, where is the service center? These are questions I often ask before I purchase any Product, sometimes if the service center will be far from our place most likely I won't purchase it anymore. I don't like to waste money that will just fail me after some months or a year of usage.

For some reason, we really need to be meticulous about these details.

Base on the survey, 80 percent of customers complain about poor service and 23 percent won't come back anymore. I been working in a hospitality industry, not only the durability and quality, good service also matters.

It is definitely that the service in the hospital should not be accurate. I used to work in the hospital before.

The time when people took pride in giving good service has long since been over. Now we more often than not waste our money on poor service.

I think we mostly waste our money if it comes to the poor services of.. no matter if it's a big company, a (fastfood) restaurant, a shop, bank or .... Seems to me that there is no service at all anymore (although they all make you pay for it same with taxes).

It is sad thing to know that these circumstances do exist.

I can definitely day that. Especially, the cellphone service providers. All the hidden fees. Took me literally 3 switches of various companies to settle for the best one that I have now. it's not only that, of course. Education nowadays may be a great waste - new graduates don't get jobs in their fields. It's as hard as never nowadays. Most of the employers are aiming to pay minimum wages, which are next to nothing.

I agree on this, some companies do that.

It is really sad that companies such as those exist but it is inevitable to encounter them, the best we can do is to know more about companies and not support them if they deliver bad service, in this world, practicality is a must and wasting stuff bring nothing good to anybody

that post raised my brow a bit, i must say. i just spend over $400 dollars on a bike for my daughter and i didn't even get it shipped yet. i ordered it about a month ago. there is no way to get in contact with the seller. there is an error message you get when you try to email them, saying the message could not be delivered to the recipient. sigh. it wasn't my intention to waist my money, but it seems like it happened to me. i hope i am not beat altogether. i working on filing a claim to get money back.

Yes, I can definitely say I did waste my money dealing with DHL before when trying to ship a laptop because it was kept on hold in customs for 3 days because they didn't instruct us properly on what documents to prepare regarding shipping. With FedEx we didn't have this kind of delay because it was shipped and delivered successfully.

Some companies are really not paying attention with the needs of their clients. The guidelines for the proper shipment of products should be given accordingly.

I could say that I have wasted a few bucks on poor services. And each time, I would take time in letting that company know how unhappy I am with the service that they have provided. Most of the incidents are caused my their personnel who doesn't seem to know about what kind of product or service they are providing. So I would often suggest that they should hold another training for their personnel.

Some of the personnel are lack of orientation of their products or services. I agree with that, more training for them to be effective.

For me, i would always want to buy based on the quality and durability of the product. I don't mind if they are expensive. I just want to make sure that my money is worth the price. Though, after buying in a poor service company, i will change the next time where to buy. I like a company who also values me as their customer and treat me nicely.

I AM sure I have made those errors in making a purchases that I did or did not get my moneies worth...Sometimes we make purchases and we get out monies wort and sometimes we do not...But I chalk it up to a learning experiences...

That's the reason why some clients would not go back from the services or products for a certain shop or company.

That is why I always see to it that the items I am buying are those high quality. When I bought my laptop, there are some models which were on sale but I am not that type of person who can be easily encouraged by promos and discounts especially on items which I will be using on a day to day basis. Have a nice day!

We need to be vigilant in terms of promos, some clerks will say the best thing about it.

Yes, I have had experiences where I felt that I wasted money for services. For instance, technical support services for fixing issues for various electronic products. Besides money, I have spent too much time. And sometimes, I did not even get the results I wanted despite spending for the service. It really pains me to admit that I probably should have tried other places for repair services that were local and would have been cheaper and more efficient on time.

Very common here especially in the telecommunications. I've had experiences when one big company here in the city used to have cut services for a week or so due to thieving that occurred several times, same spot, same service box and during those times of no service, the corresponding days were not deducted on the bill.

Yes, in some cases one can say that one has thrown the money to the trash can, when one does not get the service that one was expecting. Durability and quality have to be considered of course, but they are not the only aspects to take into consideration.

i would definitely feel like i've thrown money if i was given bad service. all of the time i would speak my mind and bring the matter up with a manager so the situation can be corrected and i will be given what is due to me. i've worked hard to earn money and i'll be so crossed if i will spend my money on a lousy service.

hi, for me i think its a wasting of money when it comes to poor services, and we pay because we wanted to have a good and satisfactory services of the company and if we never enjoy it of course we are only wasting our money paying their poor services.

For whatever I am paying for, I want to get good quality. To me, it doesn't matter if it is a product or a service, if it is the second, I want to get the best service based on its cost. If I am getting a product with the service I will demand to have high quality for both. I've noticed that sometimes companies that offer both of them pay more attention to the products and lack on the services that they promise to provide.
