My number one enemy

This year I made an extra effort to focus on stress management and indeed next 2013 I will focus more on it. I realized all the garbage thoughts I allowed on my mind is product of my anxiety and stress and with that I am sorry for all the people in my life that I hurt because of my wrong flow of thinking. Less stress means better mind condition. Stress management, healthy and nutritious diet, physical fitness, discipline, good attitude, prayer and meditation will surely help me survive again in life this coming year 2013. A happy, fruitful, healthy and positive New Year to everyone!

These are all great ideas to manage stress. Stress sure can wreck havoc on our thinking, bodies, and minds. I practice all of these but not consistently enough. I love taking a nice warm soak in the hot tubb to help reduce stress. As a single mom I have a lot of it, but I know 2013 is going to be our best year ever.

Best year ever! I realized how important is to level our stress in life. We need it but if it gets too much it can wreck havoc in our minds and thinking.

You are right, we do need some stress in our lives, it helps to keep us motivated, but to much stress can have the opposite effect.

Every people have a number one enemy, for me my number one enemy is my stress because their is the time that i cannot concentrate to my school and work and other thing that will not help me someday. in this enemy i don't know what should be the better way to reduce my stress and i don't know what to do in this kind of enemy and i know that some people their enemy is stress.

Yes, less stress means better mind condition. Everybody experience stress many people get crazy because of it. So preserve your health because health is wealth.

That's the point, when are are stressed we get crazy and out of balance but when we just relaxed and enjoy life seems better.

Yeah that's right. Stress causes misunderstanding and wrongful acts. When we are stressed, we often lose our temper and our anger is easily triggered. We even treat innocent people rudely or we may also act very unpredictable. This is why we need to manage stress effectively. We really need meditation more often and let us remain healthy not only physically but also emotionally and mentally.

Hi averygirl72.. I strongly agree with you less stress will lead you to a better mind condition. If we are stressed everything is being affected including our love ones. We cannot avoid stress but at least there are possible ways to get rid of them and or to handle them. Stress management is very helpful to have healthy and happy life.

my number one enemy is my self and the way i think because sometimes i think more or advance even the person im preferring to is not talking to me.. i also agree that less stress means better mind condition because ive experienced being stress and i easily get irritated and angry that leads to unfriendly. but if your a person who can fix or have the capability to manage their stress you can lessen to have stress but no one live without stress. happy new year :)

Realising your mistakes is the first step in correcting them and I'm sure you will get there! We all have to watch our for the wrong flow of thinking. Many people are suffering from stress. It seems to have been a very bad year for most of the people I know. Now that we are free of the Mayan calendar maybe the next year will be better.

Good thoughts by you. Yes stress affects the mental ability of a person, his thinking process, his behaviour towards others. So get rid of it and enjoy a better life. And take a proper diet and start going to gym. Good luck

you are right. i think stress is getting to us all. it makes us sick and everything else bad. wish i could learn how to cut mine down but unfortunately i fall right back into it over and over.

I wish you the best! It's hard to change your way of thinking about some things but its not impossible. I usually start the day with my favourite song, read some scripture or meditate on my day and get mentally prepared. Changing your diet will help too, try some new foods and that will help you to think differently. I'd love to hear how you are progressing and what things you did to change yourself in 2013, keep us updated.

I don't have a perfect life, sometimes I self sabotage myself and even mess up my own life. However, thank the Lord we can do something to figure out where did we go wrong and fix them up.

stress is number one enemy so we must find time to manage it. having an extra effort to focus on stress management can help you a lot to lessen your worries. when we are stress it may lead us to simple trouble that we may have misunderstandings with other people. it also affect our way of thinking so we must not allow our minds with the product of anxiety and stress..

Stress is our number one enemy. If we can't handle it properly or overcome it, we will be the loser. It is right to do stress management to lessen the burdens we feel inside it'll help us make good decision. It will also help us be a better person through having a positive outlook in life. Making yourself relax is not easy especially when you have lots of things to do. It is very rewarding if you can spend time alone and pamper yourself eating healthy and nutritious foods such as veggies and fruits. Thinking of happy thoughts would help to lessen the stress you are feeling.

For me, year 2013 is not my best year ever but I pray that I can do it and I can manage every matters that may cause me stressed all throughout the year. I will never allow stress to be dominant in this year. I will learn on how to let go of that night mare.........................

Having a balance life is one way of avoiding stress. Exercise, have a balance diet, relax or meditate, have some fun are ways of having a balanced life. Having a regular exercise helps a lot since we all know that exercising helps maintain a fit healthy body. Finding a peaceful place to meditate also relieves you from stress and it also helps you in having a clear mind. Most especially watch the foods you are taking in because it contributes in preventing stress. Easier said than done but we should all try our best to achieve it in order for us to become a better person.
