My AyuWage has been suspended, what should I do?

I've just known that my AyuWage account has been suspended. unfortunately, it has been suspended after I sent my payment submission few days ago. the warning said that I ever used Opera Mini in clicking ads. actually i can't remember clearly whether I ever used Opera Mini or not, but i think it is so disappointing. they should warn me or ban my account right away after i used Opera Mini when I haven't reached my $5 so i didn't need to waste my time clicking ads..!! 
I have sent message via 'contact us' and i hope they will reply soon.
so what I should do then; should I create new account, which means i should create new PayPal account..
..or maybe my account can be repaired? please, share your experience, and big thanks for your advice and suggestions..

i have. i sent a message to them via "contact us" and i hope they can reply soon. but form discussion here in mylot, ayuwage staffs won't reply us soon and no way to reactivate suspended account. some people here had such an experience. and i think i become the next one. actually if there is another way to create a new account, i will do it. some people said that ayuwage is good site and i will try again to work with them but after i know that no way to reactivate old account or create new account, i don't hope anything then..

yeah..they will do everything they want to do cos they have authority to do it and we are not allowed to complain. but the worse is that what they do causes big loss to their members. they are not scam but they do rules with no respects to some members..:(

i tried once and i dont even check my email to know whether they reply my message or not. i have given up with ayuwage and i dont care of them anymore. i have given them $5 which should be my first payment and i hope they can enjoy my money.

I think ayuwage rule is like mylot no chance of recovering the account but create new one. Really hard and miss the old journey from the site. If mylot will throw me out of home then I never came back in his home because impossible to create new account and interest will down.

Dear friend, i am listing daily this that Ayuwage has suspended their account. They are doing this daily without any reason. I have read this yesterday also. I think Auywage is going to scam soon so you should not rejoin this site. If they do your account active than it is alright but if not than soothing is fishy in this matter.

it's ok friend. mis-spelling is common here. lol. yeah i think i wont join ayuwage again cos beside it is uselesd to create new account using same computer, also im afraid that this bad thing happens again to me. one month hard working was gone in one day. it is really painful..

You might find some help in this discussion www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2733304.aspx I belong to Ayuwage and wonder why it takes everyone so long to get paid. Mine is in my paypal account in 2 days from requesting. Also you can do a mylot search for Ayuwage, there are other discussions about it lately. Not sure about what, though. Sorry about your account. Ayuwage is a good site.

i have visited the discussion and i also gave responds to that discussion. at that time, i have made about $4 and looking forward my first payment but then i was so shocked that they've already suspended my account. bad luck of me in the end of this year..
what do you think about creating new account, can we? from that discussion i can conclude that it is useless to create new account. what do you think?

i think no explaining about suspended account in TOS. but using opera mini is one of forbidden acts to do. i really cant remember whether i ever used it or not. yeah it is not important anymore cos we cant fight for our accoubt cos it is one way policy of ayuwage. there is a contact us facility but it doesnt have function at all. actually i dont mind to create new account cos it is easy earning in ayuwage but many people said that it is useless cos we still use same IP. our new account will be suspended again anyway. i think ayuwage offers chance to people once in a life..:(
