It's Time To Start A Discussion

or like the TV Commercial, "It's Time To Make The Doughnuts." Do you ever have days where you feel like this? Where you feel compelled to start a New discussion here, or get an idea you know you just need to talk about?
I am sure that we all have had days like this, or times we are like Wow!! I really need to start a New discussion here because I have not started one in a while, or I need to share this, or talk about this, and see how others feel.
I know for me, I go thru spurts. And then since time is so limited, it seems like sometimes I am way behind in responding back to anyone so my discussions take forever to get resolved. But for me I like to talk and share with others, so it really goes both ways. But when the feeling and mood hits me a new discussion it is.

I have times like this when things either seem slow or I can not be inerested in most of the topics. This actually seems to happen around the last of the month, I don't know if its because everyone racing for cash out or what but, I tend to find the topics at that time don't interest me nearly as much as now in the start of the month.

Well, due to time being so limited a lot of the time for me, there are always Friends discussions I could be catching up on if nothing else. There are times when this site is slower than others, and that is a good time for me to resolve some of my discussions as I have time like I am trying to do right now.

I try to start discussions about entertaining things in my life.
If I have a problem that I really feel I need an outside opinion of, then I will turn here as well.
I seldom feel that I HAVE to start a discussion, I start them when I feel like I have something to share.
I guess I'm going to have to start a "my health" one soon, since there is going to be at least one change in the near future... more about that later...

That is the truth. I know many times I have shared something here, and learned just how much in truth others can relate, and sharing also brings us closer as friends and knowing others around us even though many of us will never meet are concerned, and praying for us.

I don't ever feel I have to start a discussion, but I seemed to have done it three times today.
Guess I'm just happy about my new computer, the sun shining today, and making payout at the end of the year.

hi tina Happy New Year and hope this n ew year gets your wound all healed and you feeling just fantastic. I love to get your discussions as a fellow diabetic I always worry about you and how you are doing.My leg rash has come back again but at least now I know how to get rid of it so am half way through a tube of the
cream that heals it and most od the rash is already gone gone so I am a happy mylotter.

Happy New Year to you my friend. I am looking forward to a wonderful yr. ahead with many Good things, and hoping in time my leg becomes a thing of the past to talk about. What cream do they give you that works for you? I am having issues with a Rash on a couple areas of my body so been using Desonide Ointment which is really seeming to help.

It really is tough for me to think up a unique discussion that other people on Mylot would be interested in responding to. There are times where I would get writer's block and can't think up anything at all. And then something would come up and I would think it would be good and don't have any paper to write it down and so later on I would forget it all together. lol.

Yes, there are times, it is hard to think of a topic or idea here that someone else has not already discussed, unless you come up with a different way to approach it. Personally I think a lot of it also depends on imagination and creativity as well.

Well, since I missed payout last month myself just barely, I am trying to set a goal for a Good amount I would like to see for next month. I am on pace to reach it. Just sometimes need to try a little harder.

Setting a Good goal in here is good. Especially when you know you can reach it is important. Many people need to remember if you miss your mark don't be discouraged as there is always next month as well.

Well, there are a lot of times when I have been responding here, or reading something from another site that has given me ideas for here or back when I was writing more, my writing sites as well. But due to no time to do any writing sites, or finding one that really pays, most of my Active Free time is usually spent here.

As for me i just recently got back here in mylot and i am trying to polish my brain once again to come up with good worthty discussions that i can share with my friends here. There are days that i am blank headed, some days i can come up with 4 to 5 discussions, ideas overflowing or it just pops my head. But when i am sad, i tend to share emotional dramas that i am undergoing.LOL!
Its really nice to be back here and i always felt welcome and appreciated!

Well, if you were to ever take time to check out some of my other discussions I have been sharing here that I have started, many times they are about personal things going on in my life, as I feel this is where I can gain a lot of strength, encouragement and knowledge from. Also gives people a chance to get to know me for me, and what is going on in my life, and around me more as well.

Yes, there are still many days where I have more time than others to be online here. Today is one of those days I am spending here. But when you do not have the time to keep up, it can be quite frustrating. I just wish there was more time in a day and a week to be here for sure.

Yes, I wanted to start a couple of them yesterday but didn't have time to devote to the maintenance of even one. I might start them later this week because the subjects fascinate me and I'd be interested to know others' experiences.

So far, 2013 has been pretty good even with the few challenges. I have an idea of a discussion I am considering starting here but trying to take time resolving and posting back to the responses in these as well. But hoping to get another one here started tonight.

Well yes, there are a lot of times the discussions I start here are often about my Own medical issues and problems, and I do need to do another update again here soon. Just also have a topic or two on my mind I have been thinking of starting and talking about and just not had the time to get enough of my discussions resolved so I can start one.

I really do try to start a new discussion on a nearly daily basis. However, there are times that I really don't have any kind of an idea of what I want to start a new discussion about.
For me, when it comes to the discussions that I start, I try to take those discussions out of something that has been happening recently in my life.
But as you've said, there are just some times that my mind is completely empty when it comes to ideas for a new discussion.

Yes, and then there are the times I think of something I would Love to come here and talk about and share, but due to lack of time and trying to keep caught up with some of my older discussions I have started, it never gets done. But anytime I do start a New one I just hope for the Best from there.

Not quite time for me to start discussions.
But a few days ago, I did feel that I needed to start being active here in myLot again. Thus, I've been trying to catch up on old discussions from friends, and trying to respond to new ones.
Maybe a few days from now, it would hit me. And it'd be time to start writing my own discussions.

Yes, I think we all go thru spurts here where we feel inspired to start a couple new discussions, and other times just being in here catching up with friends older discussions as well. For me it often really depends on the amount of time I have to be here as to what I find myself doing the most.

When you had make myLot part of your life, you can't help thinking its time to make a discussion. But I have limited time to be online too so sometimes, I can't post right away. When it is time for me to be online, I sometime see almost the same topic.

Well, personally when it comes to starting a discussion it is hard to find something no one else has shared, unless it is totally personal. But we need to just remember not to copy someone else, and talk about things in a different way. Because if you center keep it different while also exciting there is plenty more people can share.

I couldn't think of a single discussion this morning, so I just went through and responded to as many new ones without any responses. Some of them I just read briefly before passing them by-I was shocked at how badly they violated guidelines. In fact, I received notification this morning from one of my friends here; she wrote a discussion but it had so many violations that I opted to not bother to respond. I think I'm in writer's block right now, but that's ok; I'm sure that soon enough I'll think of something. You have a wonderful New Year too!

Well, there are times I have writers block as well, and just come here and read and try to find discussions I feel worth my time responding back too. A lot of it for me depends on the time. But when I feel I am caught up enough, and have something worth sharing here, a New discussion I start.

Well, there are some of us who do not start many New discussions here, and that is OK. It is not like we can never find something worth responding back too. I know I go in spurts lately when starting a New one myself, and always trying to find the time to resolve some of my older ones here as well.

I do feel like started a discussion from time to time. Usually is life compelled. I need to rant or vent or whatever. Something in the news or an unjustice I have heard of. Yes, have a wonderful 2013 too, my friend.

Yes, this is a great place to come and talk and share in things going on in your personal life and around the world. Being able to talk and share in things gives us a lot of insight we may have never considered before as well.

yes i know what you mean because there are times i will be either watching something or laying about asleep and i think of something and wonder if others feel that way also, etc. then when i get back to the computer, i cant remember what so caught my interest

There are a lot of times I am out somewhere and someone will say something, or something will happen and it makes me remember things maybe worth starting a New discussion on. Then when I get home I think about it, and since I am trying to catch up on some of my older discussions I never take time to start a New one. But there are days it would be easy to start more than one.

Well, the new year did open up a new vessel for earning for this year for those of us who choose to stay active here posting, and starting new discussions. Actually a lot of the time, I have been more active as I have more Free time, and still enjoying every moment of it as well.

Recently within the last week i created 2 topics and one of them was deleted, i think i need some break to create a topic and i will create a new topic after some time. Well lately, I am lucky if I start more than one a week due to the limited time I have to be in here. I have a topic in mind of a new discussion to start but trying to respond back to some of my older discussions and get some of them resolved first.
