Usually, during the Black Friday; Christmas; or after the end of the year, most big retail stores, or online retail would drop their price significantly in attempt to clearance their stock. I found it from deal news, the cheapest items you can find are Television set; and also the computers, and its accessories. 2 days, I got a good deal on this Apple Mac mini, and I am excited to wait for its arrival. I also want to get a television set, but I also consider my budget at the moment, so I hesitated. So, what about you guys, would you do some major shopping after the end of year 2012?

hi,
yes that is true that there are some stores who sell their products and item in a low price but only few stores do this,actually me and my sister planned to have a shopping after new year because no usually buyer during that time and the price will be half of the original price of the item.

we will probably be looking for a new TV between now and the end of January but its not because the deals are great (some are, some are not) but it is more because our TV is going slowly to the TV graveyard. we have had it for some 9 years or so, so it really doesn't owe us anything.

I don't know cause I don't think prices will go down after the end of 2012. I have noticed that for the last several years, prices have never come down due to clearance of the stock. If there would be, I am sure many shoppers would do as you plan to.

I am trying to save more money this year and am trying not to overspend. I will be launching an online business later on this year (my goal is late March) and am hoping that this will bring in money so I can pay off some debt and save up for a bigger place (right now my brother, Randy and I are renting a 2 bedroom trailer and I would love to have a three bedroom or a four bedroom). I know we need a couple of new laptop computers, but I am going to see if I can find a great deal on a refurburished ones.

I really love to buy many things because most items are affordable but I guess I have to think it a million times. I already spent money last month so this time I don't have enough money to do major shopping..

In my area,before Spring Festival or during the holiday,all the shopping malls and the stores would be on the sale to make the promotion for the goods.So I surly go shopping that time.Are you ready to shop?lol

I do stock up on items when they are on sale. There was a great clearance of little girl and boys toys. I have a bunch set aside for when my daughter gets invited to birthday parties. It is already paid for and I do not have to worry about the expense later on when money may be tighter.
No big ticket items this year. We went to visit family for Christmas and are saving up for an international trip. That will be our big ticket item.
