...writing about myself

is sometimes pretty hard. Especially, when I already thought of and written everything that I could think of to describe me and my work. Sometimes, it's really hard to describe myself perhaps to appear not too much full of myself. I am,however, proud of my achievements but anything written nowadays can be interpreted differently even if it is already spelled out. I try to be objective though. I guess one can be speechless or at lost for words when the self is concerned. It's is perhaps harder to found words for one's self compared to others or otehr topics. I still have to write 300 words. Sigh. Any recommendations.

I agree there are times that no words would come out of our head in describing ourselves and achievements. Let the lapses pass to give time to our brain to refresh. Take a little rest, then do a little exercise and eat something nourishing. My thoughts and ideas came in the local dialect and tried to interpret it in English the best I can. Happy 2013!

Users like us who used our mental faculties to accomplish things must realize they must always be in top condition. They need care and rest to mention but a few essential things.

Thank.maybe I am just too excited to get some work on my hands. It's a new year and I need to keep myself psyched for the work ahead. There's no magic money to keep me in my current state of living.

Maybe you can tell more about your personal experience, such as study background, and internship. And try to tell details about these experience, what you have learnt from it, what achievements you have made.

I try to write about things I'm doing and happening to me. It's difficult to write about myself because there's not much to write about since I lead a boring life. I see a lot of people write about religion and politics but I stay away from those subjects because not everyone feels the same way I do and end up getting mad at me!

Well,I also kinda consider my life as not extra-ordinary. I always do the same things, sometimes, when I am conscious about it or not. But U guess it is still a good idea to have a voluntary or a forced assertion of one's self. After all,it shoudl be us who should know better of ourselves than everyone else. I agree with you that religion and politics are quite toxic since it harbors on almost personal beliefs and values. you could never sometimes have a decent and objective view on things since there are pretty much ingrained in our lives.

Hi jeanneyvonne, What are you trying to write about? Are you writing your resume for a job application or some kind of college entrance requirements. Like you said you just need to be objective and note down in point form all your achievements, qualifications, character etc. Then you start writing. You may find that 300 words is not too hard to attain. Next get someone close to read and recommend/suggest changes if any.

Hi friend, are you writing article about your self? I am sure you have more events and incidents in your life which can be written more than 300 words, just start your article with your introduction and share about your education, family members, job, friends and other information, it will make a good article with 300 words. All the best

It is good to reassess ourselves , so we can improve our weaknesses and improve ourselves. Sometimes we are too preoccupied with so many that it will reach a point that we can hardly identify and know ourselves. Write about yourself , recognizing your good points and stressing the negative one. In this write up it will tell you , as to where you need to start improving yourself and where is the good point that you need to maintain and develop more.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be doing that in trying to have a complete and objective view of my self and my skills in the process.

I find it pretty easy to talk about myself of those in my family for they are the ones who are closest to my heart.

There are lot of ways to write about myself. Integration will be a difficult task to do. Through the years of existence, there is always a significant events of our life.
